Excellent location, just minutes to metro station and MH Mall. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Jessie Doug who gave us a nice corner unit with an excellent view. I guess that day was not too busy, we got our room when we arrived at noon. We even received a birthday cake from the hotel because we came here to celebrate our niece’s birthday.

The reception area was a bit tight, luckily we came in low season.

I loved the huge bathtub and the bed in our large single room!! We travelled with our cat and the hotel prepared a litter box, cat litter, cat bed, food and drink bowls for our cat, how lovely! We also liked the design and the music, it has really good vibes. The staff was really kind and helpful with us, they made our stay fabulous, we're so thankful! Breakfast was nice and delicious and luckily it's available until 10.30. Overall, it was an outstanding hotel experience *.*

We had an excellent stay at the HRH Shenzhen. Thanks a lot for the help about our Taxi to the Manager MR. Aaron and the kind help from James for guiding me to the ATM nearby and for the luggages. Great staff for our entire stay with excellent dishes. See you back soon Kind regards Richard & Sandra

it's a five star hotel! they should have some good English-speaker for the service or it's very difficult to communicate

The room and all facilities (restrooms, pool area, restaurant, lobby etc.) were immaculately clean. The staff and service, from the cleaning and restaurant staff, to the reception , right on up to the manager, were absolutely outstanding. The breakfast buffet is mind-bogglingly diverse and delicious. 5 star treatment all the way!

I really can’t think of one single thing I didn’t like or that displeased me. Maybe would appreciate more loungers but the pool and longer pool hours, but not a biggie!

Swimming pool opening time was too short. There was some dust in the bathroom on the floor.

I loved the room which was very comfy. The international breakfast was delicious with some options of cheese which we love and you can rarely have at hotels in China . The pool was also very clean and enjoyable.

I loved the band at the Hard Rock Restaurant. The band is a very professional one and they rocked and made us feel very happy and special. LOVE THEM and want to see them there as soon as possible. The food was super!

everything was great. would have loved a complimentary service for airport pickup and drop offs.

Breakfast had lots of local and foreign choices. Pool was excellent for my family, shallow but long in length, and excellent view of the city. Staff were incredibly friendly and the mall across the road had everything a family could need on vacation. The rock and roll in the elevators with neon was a really nice bonus as well!

Excellent place, I have nothing bad to say about the Hard Rock Hotel. It was my first time staying here and it hugely exceeded all my expectations!
