The suite rooms were very large and comfortable. Many restaurants just a short walk away. Good breakfast. Most staff were friendly and helpful.

There was some issue about payment - they refunded my stay by mistake on the second day. Then while eating breakfast (physically chewing my food) the restaurant manager made me pay for the breakfast (since it didn’t go off the room fee that was accidentally refunded). It was quite rude, she could have waited for me to swallow first.

Breakfast was excellent and staff service in general was good. The location is also really good and we got a room upgrade with a nice view of the bay.

The outdoor pool was closed even though the weather would have allowed for a swim. The elevator system was a bit strange with only three elevators serving the room floors. It was often a bit of a wait and quite crowded elevators.

This is a great all-around hotel. It’s showing a few signs of wear and tear, but still mostly feels modern and clean. The views of the water are delightful and the whole staff is super friendly.

Outdoor pool is a bit dated and ordering a drink/food was impossible. Breakfast could have been better too.

The hotel is in a good location in Shekou. There is a fun outdoor pool. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I paid for the executive lounge option. It was a good decision. It had a nice afternoon tea /coffee with snacks and then some food and great cocktails in the evening.

The room was dated. The furniture was scuffed up and the bed ok. I believe I was in the older section of the hotel? Not sure. Maybe inquire when you make a reservation if there is a newer wing at the hotel.

Location is stellar. The Shekou area is marvelous and loaded with nightlife within walking distance. Hotel staff and amenities were great and exceeded expectations. Parking was spacious, plentiful, and most importantly free. Will stay again next time I'm in town

Don't have anything to complain about. Everything was a positive. The only thing, and it is by no means anything under the purview of the hotel, is that as of January 2021, the connections to the main highways for those driving are surrounded by development, so there are quite a few spots where directions become convoluted and travel times may be delayed by a few minutes. But again, this is not against the hotel per se, just something of note in case you are driving.

Location is great, nearby Sea World Square (what we were looking for) The view is awesome, and the roof top bar is something not to be missed.

We had problems with the aircon of the room, and staff had some difficulty to fix it. Hotel team found ways to compensate us for the inconvenience, although we would have asked for another room should our stay be longer than one night.

A very big and nice room with everything you need to feel like you are in an apartment. The sweet girl Tina was very supportive as well as all the stuff in the hotel. The bed was a very good one! Nice breakfast and the restaurant was great.

The 2 buildings were far away from each other.

There was a woman and child in the pool without appropriate swimwear on and the woman left her toddler unattended by the pool while she went to get dressed without being checked. As a swim teacher and ex uk lifeguard I was shocked

I love the rooms and staff members there. Especially when Booking.com didn't reserve me the right room, they upgraded my room without any wasting anytime. Super service recived from the staff there. Cannot complain.

Very good hotel. A true 5 star.

The staff dont speak very well English, but they allways make a effort for we understand each other.
