Really nice hotel. Everything from check in until check out was great, including the staff, room, and gym. I could have easily stayed longer than just one night.

If anything then I think a hotel of this class should be slightly better prepared for gluten free options at breakfast, even though quite uncommon in this region. I still found enough options but it could have been better.

I lived in Baishouzhou for three years! I love the location and the views of the Bay and Windows of the World are great! Very Nice Breakfast buffet, and an extremely helpful staff.

That the Holiday Plaza does not open until 10:00 AM. Hotel Entrance is in the back, which means additional walking. This is a minor issue.

Extremely comfy beds - great location next to OCT! Have real coffee in the room and a good selection of TV channels. Overall pretty good rooms and being right above one of the best malls in Shenzhen makes things very convenient. Also right next to the metro!

Rooms a little old but acceptable.

Westin is my life savor and I’m not exaggerating a bit. This is the second time in April I stay here. Well, in fact, when I’m writing this review, I’m having my third time stay here. Why, because my kitchen is having its second time pipe broken within a week. Thanks to the wonderful talented house builder Mr. Zhuo, who is a friend of my mother, a 50 year old rich cougar has bad taste in men, whether friends or other kinds of friends. So, Westin becomes my go-to place when there’s a problem in the house. Most of the time when I check in here I look like a hobo considering I haven’t got any shower in 8 hours due to the sudden water shortage accident in the house. However, After greeted by the friendly receptionists, I know at least there are normal people out there, doing their job properly. I appreciate that I can always use a hot shower and sleep in the comfy bed and no need to worry about I don’t have enough water to flush the toilet in the morning. And the easy access to several restaurants I like is also one of the reasons I’ll never book other hotels within OCT area. It’s is just super convenient for me.

Some carpet smells a little bit funky.

The hotel has a very good location. You can have access to the subway and OCT is only one stop from there Even though I could not try it the exterior pool seemed amazing

Huge assortment of Western and Asian foods for breakfast buffet - excellent! Friendly and helpful staff.

I loved the view from the room and of course the glorious breakfast as well.

The executive lounge was not a big deal.

The location, like I’ve mentioned several times in my previous reviews, Westin is literally 2 minutes walk from my house. Whenever I need it, I can just grab my back and book a room here. And shower! Just as hot as Brad Pitt when he was 30.

Toilet seat is freaking cold! Only if they have smart toilet.
