Beautiful spacious hotel close to airport with a shuttle bus running to and from what is very convenient for a transit stay guests. The room was big and clean with really comfortable bed, nice bathroom with shower & tub, everything was working well, no noises from the street - perfect for relaxation. Hotel has Japanese restaurant, cafe, gym, decent size swimming pool & sauna.

Communication during check in. It would be great if more information about hotel facilities been provided to the guests during the check in. Staff was nice but not pro-actively promoting hotel to ensure guests can get the best experience from the stay

The location, room style/cleanliness and facilities were all excellent, including the great breakfast dining and in-hotel restaurants. What truly made it an awesome experience, were the staff who really tried their best to make the experience special. I especially appreciate the help from Vincent, who went above and beyond to make sure my partner and I had a good time in terms of convenience and services. It’s the best stay I have had in Beijing in the past few years; it’s a hotel I am sure to be returning again in the future.

I quite enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was new, spacious and clean; and the location is close to airport and subway, with the latter being in walking distance. The highlight of my stay had undoubtedly been the excellent customer service I received from the staff, particularly Mr Vincent Song whose professionalism and patience both impressed me a great deal and helped me through a challenging situation. It is an easy recommendation to make for those looking for an comfortable and all-in-all excellent stay in Beijing.

The lady on reception was extremely helpful. The Airport Shuttle Bus had issues, so she organised and paid for 2 taxi's to bring us to the hotel. The Taxi rank people at the Airport were so rude and unhelpful. If it wasn't for the lady, we would've probably had to sleep at the Airport overnight, as it was the early hours of the morning. Thank you so much. The room and breakfast were both very good.

No, negatives to mention.

Breakfast was excellent, although the coffee was terrible. Fix that, and this property is an absolute total success. We had a lovely stay. May have been the most comfortable bed i can ever recall at a hotel!

Coffee was a massive disappointment. The machines dispensing it worked poorly. Make fresh brewed coffee, and I'll sing your praises forever!

My flight arrived in the middle of the night, and I had booked a commuter shuttle service with the hotel in advance. The hotel staffs were very attentive and kept in touch with me after I got off the plane to avoid any wrong turns. Every member of the hotel staff was very welcoming, and the room was well equipped, had fast internet and was odour free. It was a great stay and I would choose Crowne Plaza again for my next trip.

Resection and the concierge department are well helpful and Enthusiastic and thoughtful！Manager WANG from the concierge department would answer all yoour quuestions and solve all your problems! Guests feel at home! :)

Nice modern design. Well organized and equipped breakfast area. Fast and polite front desk crew. Modern comfortable room. Clean covering the basic needs for a short stay near the airport.

Not quite conformable for a trip to downtown Beijing area.

The bed was very comfortable, the room had many amenities and was quiet and spacious. Breakfast was very good

The shower was impossible to regulate the water was cold or hot. The personnel didn’t speak much English

hotel is located close to the Exhibition centre and it is the only reason it isgood to stay there
