Room was spacious. Good amenities in the room: comfy slippers, kettle, coffee, umbrella, ironning board etc. Hotel is situated quite far from the downtown in the new area of Urumqi. I would like to thank Sunny Li at the reception counter. She was very helpful, her english was good and she changed us the room to another floor due to sigerette smoke on our floor. Breakfast was good, not exceptional. It was very convinient that the big shopping mall was just across the road.
The smoke odor was everywhere, in the room: in the hall on the floors. One day when i went out of my room, there were 10 people smoking on the floor near the elevator, there was no air to breath. After my complaints, the staff quickly moved to another room on the higher floor.

The hotel is excellent!!! Clean, perfect location, amazing staff, very attentive, I was really very surpriced with this hotel! You will not regret. every evening they had the local dance performaces in the lobby, so you could get a great satisfaction with the Uyghur Dances!

Hotel manager on duty (Alisher) treated us very very well. He made everything very comfortable and very easy. We encountered a problem outside of the hotel and he handled it quickly and professionally. I would choose this hotel over any other in Urumqi.
It was lovely. There was nothing that I didn’t like.

just across wanda mall. the building is brand new with carefully designed fittings and strong oriental theme. comfy, well designed rooms.
the hotel is located not in the city center proper but in a new development area...close to malls and restaurants and quite close to the airport. it takes about 20min by car to reach any point of interest in wulumuqi
