The location was amazing very close to the Bell and Drum tower and the Muslim Quarter. Close to a metro station too. There's daily breakfast as well. To anyone planning to go to the TerraCotta Warriors it was very accessible via subway metro (plus bus), from the hotel takes about 1.5 hours. The journey from the hotel to the Airport was also very smooth via subway (costs only CNY 8). They also allowed me to check out at 2 pm (this can be because there's not a lot of guests on the day of my checkout)

The internet was not very stable but I had data on my local eSIM so for me it's ok. Also the staff doesn't seem to be very knowledgable about the places of interest, could be the language barrier (using Translate app to communicate).

1. Location: very close to Zhonglou station (1 block from exit 3). 5 minutes walk from Bell Tower and 10 min from Drum tower. All main attractions in old city accessible by foot. I visited them all in one day and never take transport. 2. Fresh furniture, nothing broken. 3. TreSemme bathroom amenties. 4. Very clean for China 5. This is the only hotel in China where I managed to pay with my bank card! 6. Good choice for breakfast, even less vs Beijing Holiday Inn however still enough. 7. Receptionists can speak little English enough for understanding. Much better vs other hotels where they don't speak at all.

The location is very convenient - just a few minutes walk to the Muslim Quarter and the subway station. Breakfast is great - there is a wide offering of Asian items as well as several Western items. The hotel also offers the convenience of a laundry room. I was initially concerned about how to reach the hotel with our 1am airport arrival but Sunny Wang was reassuring by emailing me with detailed instructions. When we first checked in to our room, bathroom light did not work, so a night reception staff moved us to a smaller and apparently the last available room. But in the morning, Louis kindly arranged for a room switch that matched our original booking. And together with Kevin, both were very helpful in seeing to our comfort and ensuring that all items in the new room were in working order. Louis's good command of English also eased our communication as we are not fluent in Mandarin. I would definitely stay in this hotel again on my next visit!

When I called the hotel earlier on several occasions, a recorded message gives callers the option of connecting with an English-speaking staff. Yet when that option is selected, the staff who answered were unable to speak English and were unable to connect me to anyone who could.

Hotel was conveniently located near Bell Tower metro station. Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, Ming Ancient Walls are all within walking distance. Breakfast was great with good variety and daily changes made; certainly exceeded our expectations for the price we paid for the stay. Room was clean and comfortable if not for the lack of A/C and loud thumping sound.

Hotel room A/C for winter was preset to heater mode. Hotel was unable to vary the setting. It was uncomfortably warm and we had to open a small window for ventilation. There was loud thumping sound which came on every night during our 4 nights stay there from outside of the hotel.

The room is very cozy, with well-equipped bathrooms, filled with amenities that you might need on your stay. I only need to bring a small amount of clothes because they also have a self-service laundry room with a dryer. You might say all you need is to bring yourself by that point. The staff is very helpful and fast at solving problems. One time the TV had no active channel, after reporting it to the reception desk, It was solved in 5 minutes. They also have a mini-mart directly opposite the hotel door, very convenient. It is located in the city center, which is very good for its price range. Breakfast is very filling, with Asian dishes as the main dish.

I don't know the numbers to call service from the room because I didn't find any phone book or any sort of list. Because my coworker is Muslim, he had a hard time making sure what he ate is pork or not. maybe put on a Pork sign on the food might help.

Good size room with functioning windows and the air purifier was handy. Good location. Staff did not speak much English but they were very accommodating and helpful! The breakfast was small but something for everyone! The free laundry room was a huge bonus! Not something you see every day.

The hotel smelt faintly of cigarettes through all the corridors and even our "no smoking" room. When we arrived, we opened the windows, turned on the air purifier and found a plug-in room scent in the cupboard which we quickly plugged in - this all helped the smell. We were also very very hot, despite the outside cold Winter weather, and couldn't get the room thermostat to turn down - every time we put it on cool, the temperature in the room would get hotter. We had to keep the window open at all times to keep the room as cool as possible as it was too hot otherwise.

-The location of the hotel is good and the underground to metro is just about 3min walk. -There is no need to be worried about food whether it is in the morning or at night, because there are numerous restaurants nearby. -The tour counter in the hotel provided a good service and the tour is reliable. Highly recommended.

-Wifi is poor as can only be used in ground floor instead of room.

An average hotel in a Perfect location. On the left side, only 2 minutes to Bell Tower and 5 minutes to Drum Tower, and surrounded with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping mall. Also there is a road with lots of street food behind the Drum Tower which we enjoyed spending time and eating there. Entrance to Bell Tower is from inside the under-passage to the tower itself and connections to different metro lines. From the right side, the hotel is only 12 minutes walk to one of the entrance towers to the Xi’an wall, which surrounds a large area of Xi’an old town. The staff are very friendly and helpful, with a little english understanding. We spent 4 nights in this hotel. The room we were staying was clean, large and airy. There is a kettle with cups and daily cleaning provides tea bags, coffee and water bottles. There is a TV but no english channels and no fridge in the room. There is a free washer and dryer for the guests to use on the 2nd floor. From the reviews i read about the breakfast, I have to say it was very good and plenty to choose from. I recommend this affordable hotel to anyone who’s looking for an average place, but perfect for location tourists.

The level of english speaking for the staff is very low

Good breakfast (if you prefer Chinese food); clean room with appropriate lighting; amazing location; and I enjoyed having a washer and dryer free to use any time. I would stay here again without hesitation.

This hotel is on a side street off of a main street. Therefore, it's quieter, but I did hear some sounds (light sounds) coming from a club nearby. It wasn't super loud for me, but I don't know about the other rooms. Nevertheless, the rooms are supposed to be soundproof or close to it, so I'm sure it's not a problem overall. Just something I wanted to add.

The property is very near the bell tower station, location excellent. The second floor has a laundry room, two washing machines and two dryers, the hotel even provides washing detergent. The family room have a big bathroom. It’s value for money.

One or two front desk staff not friendly. I informed them one of the light not working and ask them to repair when we were out but never get it done. The room a bit dark, not enough light.
