We caught a rainy period and the location of the hotel was a great advantage, from the hotel there is a direct exit to Futian Market district 2, easy to reach in any direction on the 2nd floor of the market. The hotel is wide and airy, it has 2 restaurants, one with a Chinese menu, another with a European menu, for lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is pleasant in the Hotel, the background music is classic, the hotel living room has a bar and a relaxation/meeting/study area. The staff is very kind and they speak English, which is a big advantage. I called the reception 4 times, each time the answer was responsive and very helpful. At check out I asked for an invoice for the company, I received it quite quickly. Every evening there is a free taxi that goes to a nearby shopping mall and the Night Market. - Location is excellent - Staff is attentive and sharp. Great customer service. Even better trained and equipped than the ones I find in Shanghai hotels. - Main one self paid Restaurant which sells and serves wide variety of Western and Asian food were delicious and fantastic. Nothing much actually, except that I feel the breakfast (in a different breakfast restaurant) served were of average, or slightly above average quality. I would give it a 7/10 at best. But the paid restaurant mentioned earlier was fantastic at at least 8.5/9 over 10 standard , really delicious with good service and price for first world nationalities is reasonable.

Best thing about this hotel are the staffs, Hotel staffs are polite and customer oriented. All of them are very nice and kind, especially the ones wearing green who book taxis for guests. They are very kind and helpful to guests. You can ask them about everything, where to find this, any spa near the area etc. Front desk staffs especially the men are all nice and happy. The manager on duty even carried my luggage to the taxi during check out and he's a manager. BEST HOTEL STAFFS in YIWU. 2 thumbs up to all of you. Keep it up! Breakfast has a lot of choices, good enough for the price. Bed was comfortable and room was super clean. This hotel is quite old, but VERY CLEAN. Wifi was fast. District 2 is beside the hotel, no need for taxi. I can't think of anything negative to say in this hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

The location is very good as it is very accessible to the market. The service esp from Jenifer and Jay is extraordinary as they will go the extra mile to help their guests. This is our go-to hotel when we are in the city. The hotel will help you with every request that you may have, just approach the friendly staff. I really like the self-service laundry area as I do not need to bring more clothes as we can just wash and wear them.

The location is perfect for those who travel to Yiwu for business - it is only 50 meters away from one of the Yiwu trade center entrances. The hotel is not brand new, but it is kept very well. My room was spacious and had a lot more than I expected (even a bathtub with a glasswall). The breakfast is good. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Keep in mind that the restaraunt is crowded during breakfast if you get up late.

The air-conditioning in the room wasn't working properly the room was too hot some nights, even though we changed the temperature the room was still hot.
