It's a beautiful place. Many birds, sounds and water, comfortable rooms and good food.
Customer service (as in most of Colombia) is a secondary consideration. They are far more interested in their rules, than looking after a customer. The service was slow (we waited almost half an hour for a couple of drinks, we sat for dinner and no one even noticed until we chased them up. The food was good quality, the pasta portions were small, when asked about it we were told that that was the allowance of pasta specified by the owners and yet the other meals were quite large. The slow dinner and drinks were 250 thousand pesos. And the total for the avatar room and what appeared to be a normal room was 911 thousand pesos. The value simply wasn't there. It's nice but we won't be back. There's too many other nice places for half the price.

Absolutely awesome place! Has everything you need and the restaurant on the property was amazing and prices were very good. The hummingbird garden was fun and the grounds were fun to walk around.
The pool was not ready.

Beautiful location, good food, friendly staff. There is quite a bit of difference between the types of rooms they have. Some are in an old hacienda-style house, others are in stand-alone buildings, and there's a deluxe honeymoon suite. The stand-alone buildings are rustic but lovely if you're not looking for a traditional room.

Quiet surroundings, fresh air and very nice staff and owners. Excellent food and they catered to our requests Stayed in Avatar (bamboo cottage) but had a chance to see the rooms in the main house and they were very nice and exactly as shown in the photographs.

An absolute paradise. From the hundreds of hummingbirds to the amazing trees and gardens, the beautiful pool, luxury rooms and amazing staff. Of the best places I have ever stayed.

The breakfast was almost one hour later than asked. The peacocks sang regularly in the middle of the night (not ideal for people with a light sleep).
