This is an older hotel but well maintained and the staff is very helpful even though only a couple know English. This place has character which I like. Very quiet and clean place. Some beautiful old furnishings. The bathrooms are very small but everything works. Internet worked good most of the time but I experienced lost connections many times. I am still here today as I write and the connection has been dropped several times but in time returns. The breakfast is extra and only average. The coffee is free so I just have coffee in the restaurant and go to a fruit stall and bakery for the rest. Short walk to many services and restaurants. Residents here get a discount at lavododera restaurant around the corner. If you love avocados your will love this restaurant.

Bathrooms are small which I suspect is caused by the age of the hotel. Internet disconnects but does return. Average breakfast.

Really wonderful hotel located in Laureles, not far from the stadium or La 70, meaning there were a bunch of really cool restaurants and bars in and around the area. Close to the Floresta metro station, so it was easy to get around the city. As for the hotel itself, it was a pleasure staying there. Friendly and welcoming staff, wonderful spacious, clean and comfortable facilities. Very strong WiFi too. Nice rooftop overlooking the city and the mountains too, which looks stunning at night. I had a very enjoyable stay here, and I would love to stay again. 10/10 experience :)

Nothing - everything was perfect :)

We have been here several times and the San Pedro is our go to spot when spending a few nights in Medellin. The area is one of our favourite neighborhoods with nearby access to a beautiful park, the metro, restaurants and a variety of shops.

Our only disappointment was that we were in a Jr Suite which is advertised as have a coffee pot and some kitchen items yet there were none. As we had brought some food items with us, we had anticipated making our own morning coffee and lunches but were unable to.

The room was nice and the a/c was good. Staff was friendly. Seemed clean and well kept.

The noise from the club at the corner is pretty loud. It wasn't a problem for me, but wanted to put this out there for those who may not like that. I had to double-check to make sure the windows were closed cause it was so loud from the street haha

the room we always choose to stay in has lots of stairs to reach the room. however we know that and still love the same room

AC wasn’t big enough to cool the room. Water heater doesn’t work during the day, I’m assuming as water heater is shared with rooms around and not big/strong enough.

Rooms were clean. I felt safe walking on the streets.

There was a lot of noise from the outside. The bathrooms need some improvements (specially the toilets they move) Breakfast is almost the same thing everyday (no buffet)

Everything is great, comfy beds, good WiFi, smart tv, free lovely coffee and water in reception, great location. Dog friendly. Always would stay here when we visit Medellin

The small lift can get very busy, when staying on upper floors sometimes you have to climb the stairs.
