The hotel room was clean and modern, the staff was very pleasant, and breakfast on the rooftop patio made for a great start to the day. And the water pressure - old school. Strong shower, very warm water, very pleasant!

Little nags, nothing to detract from the quality of the stay. The shower drain wasn’t cleaned, such that the shower regularly overflowed into the bathroom (which had a second drain, so wasn’t the end of the world). Also, the facility is a little far from the TranVia, but cabs are so cheap it wasn’t really an issue.

it was very clean and the room was very nice. The location is good you’re a few seconds away from unicentro and it’s safe.

I feel like the breakfast can improve much more, the options were very limited. The same drinks everyday and they change the food everyday but it’s almost the same thing, it was always a piece of toast and eggs on top and maybe mixed with mushroom or another type of vegetable. If you’re thinking about getting breakfast included it’s not worth it.

Amazing! Thank you to Herbert, Handel, Wilson, Priscilla and the rest of the wonderful staff. My staff exceeded all of my expectations. I brought 4 friends with me to this hotel and I cannot wait to stay again. The rooms were decorated so well, the shower is so good you won't want to get out, the restaurant on the roof is SO GOOD (get the mushroom risotto), the location is perfect and right next door to Unicentro, the beds are comfy, the rooms come with a desk...I can't say enough great things about this place. I'm really looking forward to staying here again.

The rooms were immaculate, cozy, and the food was excellent. The rooftop, with its stunning view of Medellin, was the cherry on top, making my experience truly memorable. The staff was amiable.

Incessant street noise and an uncomfortably small bathroom. Neither affected the overall quality of accommodation.

I stayed twice in this hotel and it was really very nice for such a price. The rooms were clean, beautiful and well equipped. The staff was very nice and helpful, I could print my bus ticket and leave my luggage. For this price range it is definitely the best I stayed in and even way better then other hotels that are more expensive.

Very nice comfortable room, mattress was very comfortable. Also bathroom has all necessary tools, shampoo and conditioner were good quality. Near the hotel you can find big shopping mall with good food. Breakfast in hotel is good, not buffet

It is far from the metro. 25 minutes walking. Windows’s were not clean

The place upstairs with live music and amazing view, very clean and modern.

The shower wasn’t sealed very well and the water goes to the toilet making a big dangerous pool. And doesn’t have parking around the place so you have to take a taxi to come back to the hotel, as soon you find one!

New Hotel. Very clean. Basic breakfast, quite good. Excellent staff and personel. All willing to help and make sure our stay was pleasant. Beautiful roof top , specially in sunset and night time.

Modern fresh airy with a/c

Little compact. Struggled with room to open suitcase. Shower didn’t drain well had to turn off. Sink leaked. But informed the staff. Could do with an English menu on the terrace!

In the evenings you will need a taxi to get around as not much nightlife around. Breakfast is a little light but very good
