The breakfast selections were the same everyday which included eggs(your way) toast coffee juice and fruits but it’s included with the stay and it was very good. The server Sandra was very nice and the location of the hotel is walking distance to many restaurants and clubs, public transportation, and shopping as well. I would definitely stay again.

I wasn’t able to enjoy the hot tub since the reception said it was under repair and I wasn’t able to figure out the sauna but it seemed to be working and I couldn’t call reception because my phone wasn’t working.

The hotel is clean and modern. My room was comfortable but too small for 2 . My bed was comfortable, as well. The staff was adequate, not overly friendly. The location is good for being fairly close to tour meeting points, usually about 15 min by uber. Its a safe area with a lot of restaurants a few blocks away. Overall it's quiet at night, minimal street noise. The breakfast is quite nice, eggs, fruit, bread, juice and it's brought to you. There isn't a menu and I didnt know I had choices! YOU HAVE TO ASK ABOUT THE BREAKFAST OPTIONS. The woman who serves you isn't very pleasant and may be very slow and inefficient but you can get a good meal. It's great to have excellent AC. The elevator is fast. There's water in the lobby and they sell drinks.

No hot water on demand. You have to ask for it. I tried twice with no hot water. I reported it, they must have turned it on and I got it for awhile. It's odd. They have to clear the code for the safe before you can use it. They didn’t tell me before hand but they were helpful The room is almost too small for 2 people with luggage. I had 1 full sized suitcase and I took up all the space.

The property is close to almost anything you could ever need. Night light, food markers and transportation too.

The room was so small and the shower during the morning hours always the hot water cuts off and cold water kicks in and in a few seconds goes back to normal. So I found that a little annoying. Breakfast is average and the same on most of my stay. Almost no one speaks English at this hotel. One staff member she spoke some it’s enough to get you buy but for most of the way no English.

Nice hotel in a good city district. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. 15 min. walking to metro station. Very clean, comfortable bed. I liked the room jacuzzi very much. I felt well in the hotel.

Could have a light comforter instead of a blanket and bedsheet only, but it seems to be a Colombian custom as scrumble eggs every day for breakfast. Rooms are not quite well isolated from each other.

Room was cute, I didn't actually expect it to be that small when I got in there but it was fine. Very comfortable space. They provide towels and soap. Breakfast is great - and the view from the top is awesome. Location is super convenient to get to all the restaurants or cute cafes, or even the public transport stations.

One of the main reasons I chose this particular place was the jacuzzi/spa they had on the top floor which has a great view. Unfortunately during my stay it was under maintenance.

The location was quiet and away from nearby nightclub noises. The hotel is very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and panoramic view of Medellin from the rooftop restaurant. Restaurants and nightlife is close by and not far from the center.

The room was kind of small compared to other hotels I have stayed, but the positives outweigh the negatives.

the hotel is very nice and clean. The building is very well taken cared for, nice tiles, clean elevator, clean room. The most important this was the 2 ladies at the front desk, Sara and the other miss, sorry forgot her name, super friendly and Sara spoke/speaks good English all +++++. The breakfast was a typical Colombian breakfast, eggs with arepa/bread. The WIFI is good and fast. You see that the owner did not spare money to make a cheap hotel, but invested in quality and good stuff. All in all a very good place to stay..!!

I was pleasantly surprised with the facilities and location versus value. What a nice building. Amazing views from the roof top, and super nice staff. The location is prefect with many restaurants, bakery and boutiques in the area

I really wished the jacuzzi was working. It would have been amazing. As it sits on the roof top with great views of the city and adjacent steam room

very kind staff at breakfast and also Lobby/Checkin. They ordered perfectly professional and safe taxi to airport, which was perfectly on time. we were very satisfied with that

small room, light too bright and blue colored, looks cheap and is bad for eyes at night for sleep.

The staff is welcoming, and kind, these ladies are professionals. Thank you for all the kindness and love. Room is small but comfortable. Hotel is in a great location. Loved it.

On the Saturday when I arrived was weekend and the hollow lobby's echo traveled till my room on the 4th floor, can't really sleep in.
