Staff make this hotel the venue to stay and return to. The location is ideal for exploring. Standard rooms are equally as good as junior suites, really not that much different apart from a bath and arm chairs.

Breakfast is the same every day. While I appreciate the standard of GHL, many guests are in the religion to celebrate and explore it's diversity. We can get the same everywhere else in Colombia so it would have been great to see you showcase local produce and cuisines. The restaurant is great when the weather is cool, needs investing in for ceiling fans and a powerful air con unit or more.

My wife wasn't feeling good. She looked pale and needed to lie down. We arrived before 3pm but the counter people took care of us but letting us in the room early. Thank you.

The spa had two girls in it. One running the desk and one dressed like a professional massage person. They showed me the massage packages available and I thought the prices were a little high but decided to go ahead and schedule. But then they said they had no openings on Sunday. They were booking for the following day. We would be gone by then. If two people are standing around doing nothing. You would think they would hussle up some business. And make the time .

Room was very large, air conditioning great, view and bed was great. The pool area was beautiful, the steam room always hot. Marta, the housekeeper, was excellent. Always clean, always convenient, always cheerful and attentive.

What is it with wi-fi in Colombia ? No one can seem to get it right...the constantly dropped calls, frozen videocalls, and even listening to music is always a challenge. The shower dribbled rather than 'showered' and took a long time to get hot.

the room was very nice, except in the bathroom they had a large window, but covered it with a film so you lost the view out of it. You were on the 9th floor so really was not needed. Could have did so thing else if you wanted to have privicy

very nice room with a tub and a balconey. It does serve a nice breakfast. it does have a nice pool, but you do have to reserve pool time. I had to check out early due to a death, and thought they then overcharged for the time i did stay. But since i had booked for a longer stay. It was good that they did let me check out and did not charge for the entire time i had booked.

breakfast was excellent, fresh fruit(melon was exceptional) each day. fresh breads as well. Service was quick and friendly thru-out the facility. the pool was closed for maintenance on 2 days of 6 day stay. weather was fantastic!! !!

It is a nice hotel, comfy bed, good internet, good pool, decent restaurant, good location. Right next to the most beautiful centro comercial I've seen in Colombia. I recommend to try the "falso mamona" in Bastimento there, it is a variant of the signature dish of the region, and the restaurant is very nice.

Slightly paranoid - you need to sign a two page document written in a tiny, almost unreadable font and the front desk guy was surprised when I wanted a copy of it, let alone tried to read it. I mean, who signs a document without reading it first or wanting a copy of it? And this rules document was all CYA legalese and none of it interesting for me as the customer and no other information provided eg when is checkout, when is breakfast, when does the pool close, etc.. They have two escalators to get in/out of the hotel - you must go through reception AND security at the entrance... The price is a bit high for what they provide, which is good but nothing outstanding.

The terrace is super spectacular, Jacuzzi area on top of the building the best views of the city. All services provided. also Location is very useful near to shopping malls, restaurants, anything you need is there. Also the room were big, a lot of space really nice experience!

it was a pleasant stay perfect location and the staff were great and accommodating when I return I certainly will be staying in the same location

The shake.. we felt a shake up on the 9 floor, even in those moments the crew were incredibly friendly and helpful.
