Apartments Didan

Everything was perfect. As soon as we arrived we were caught by an astonishing landscape from the apartment, and immediately we already felt it was worth it. Nataša was very friendly and proactive from the beginning, she gave us great hints and suggested the best places to go. The apartment has all the facilities that you need for a great holiday. The pool was very nice with a beautiful view as well. We used to go to the beach, and after this we went to the swimming pool. Perfect days. Go for it, you will not repent, best place you can stay.

The apartment was the best we ever stayed at as it was very spacious, spotless, and had an excellent location with panoramic views from our third floor apartment balcony where we watched the glorious red sunset most evenings..It was newly decorated, fully equipped; even had a super wine opener and clothes-horse for drying towels etc on the balcony. Indeed not only were we given towels for bathroom use but another set each for the pool loungers on the lovely patio. It was top class and the wonderful hosts Natasa and Maro were so helpful and friendly.....couldn't have done more for us. Natasa looked after our transfers and Elephite island boat trip ; even Maro drove us to the local supermarket when we arrived and again later during our week long stay there.We greatly appreciated the wine and water in the fridge on arrival. We will be back for sure in the not too distant future as the location is fantastic; only a few minutes walk from the beach with loungers and aqua park , sea kayaks, quayside for boat trips plus ten minutes walk further on brings you to the charming centre of Cavtat with a great variety of restaurants ; beautiful walks along the shore with both bus and boat access to Dubrovnik every half hour. The Shell museum in Cavtat displaying an impressive private collection from all over the world is well worth a visit for young and old. I would highly recommend Didan apartments and Cavtat as a great base for your visit to Croatia.

Absolutely nothing we disliked but the incline which is only five minutes walk from the beautiful beach to the apartment is not for those with mobility issues.

All stay in apartment was really good. Giving 10 for all areas. As a prehistory of stay would like to mention that we were searching for hotel or apartment in Dubrovnik. We were staying in Dubrovnik few years ago. As we were booking stay at the last moment, not so much options were available. Didan apartment appeared at the last moment of my search. We booked apartment with terrace and it was good choice for family with children. Location is really great if you are looking for stay at silent and calm area. Downhill in 5 min distance two beaches are located. As mentioned in other reviews, walking path to and from beach is some downhill and uphill, but it’s usual for Adriatic Sea terrain. Even with 3 years old child it’s reachable and no any difficulty experienced. Apartment host Nataša is very important piece of puzzle in apartment. I’m sure that with Her hospitality and support staying is lifted to another level. Such a personal attitude is what you can’t get in big hotel or different areas. She helped with a lot of plans and almost was feeling all ideas and plans in advance. If you are planning to visit Dubrovnik itself, there is a small ferry going on regular schedule from the beach downhill. Only one recommendation for a way back-ask to ferry captain to drop you in the same place where they picked you up. Otherwise they can go to the peer which is on approximately 1 km from beach. Ferry is also going directly to Lokrum island and also possible to go for fishing tour. Cavtat center is on walking distance but with small kid it could be too far with some distractions on the way (beach/ice cream cafeterias etc). Taxi is good option to reach it. Apartment itself is in a good shape with all necessary equipment and accessories.

The apartment was absolutely spotless and in great working order. Natasa and her husband who run the apartments are so so friendly and welcoming and helped us with anything we needed. The view was incredible as we were on the top floor. Our towels were changed halfway through the week and it was a very pleasant stay- we would certainly stay here again!

It was all good! It was a good 15/20 min walk to town but it’s a lovely walk with bars and restaurants all along the way. You can get a taxi if needed. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle and there were some beautiful beaches only 5 mins away!

Views are spectacular- all apartments have sea view. We stayed in no.2 which had a terrace and direct access to swimming pool which was ideal. Apt is modern and spotlessly clean. Hosts are very accommodating - organised transfers from airport and even dropped us to local supermarket to stock up on necessities for our stay. They also accommodated us with late checkout as our flight was late evening. Apt is 15 min stroll to the centre of Cavtat which has lots of restaurants/shops- Uber costs c. 6. Apt is 5min stroll (down hill) to the beach area. I would highly recommend this apt

Great location stunning views lovely and clean everything you needed in the apartment. Natasha so helpful with anything you needed. Lovely little pool.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Apart from the walk up it’s very steep stairs and ramps all uneven probably not suitable for people with mobility issues. But that’s what Ubers are for.

The hosts were exceptional and did everything in their power to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The apartment was very clean and bright and the balcony overlooking the spectacular view was amazing. The pool area was kept clean and was a very peaceful place to relax

I didn't like leaving! it was such a lovely holiday and I cried when we left!

We absolutely loved this property. Spotlessly clean, excellent views and facilities. The hosts, Nataša and Maro were fantastic. So kind and thoughtful. They couldn’t do enough for us. The swimming pool is ideal for cooling off in and the new sunbeds have to be the comfiest we’ve every experienced- and no fighting for them! Would highly recommend these apartments and we would definitely come back again.

The climb back up from the beach-quite a workout!

We - me and 3 kids (13,9 & 6) had an amazing time at Didan. Hosts Natasa & Mark were great nothing too much trouble, arranged our transfers and a bit of food for the next day as we were arriving late. Apartment really clean, pool bigger than it looks and never crowded - only when my lot were in it! Yes it’s a steep walk so not good if that’s not your thing - we loved it! The best sunsets too!

What an amazing stay! The views, the location and by far the most important, the hosts were all exceptional. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. It's a 10 minute walk to the restaurants and beaches where all sorts of activities and water sports are available, or a 5 minute walk in the other direction for stunning beaches that are less busy. The stand out of this property are the hosts. Natasa is always available, friendly and informative. It's the special touches that make her so fantastic. When she found out I was celebrating a birthday, I arrived back to the apartment to a note and a cake in the fridge! You won't get service like this anywhere else. This is definitely a must stay for a fun beach holiday vibe where you are still able to access Dubrovnik by ferry in 45 minutes. All excursions also have the option to leave from Cavtat, so seeing the islands or the caves was very convenient.

The wifi seemed slightly slower in the evenings when more people were around, but to be honest we enjoyed disconnecting from our phones and taking in the beautiful views from our balcony.
