Hello, as I wrote to Booking, but no answer tll. Aminess Gaia Green Villas is nice accomodation, but we pay more, than was notified. The booking price was with all taxes, but during check out we had to pay 22 EUR more as residence tax a 15 EUR for parking (it is just tax, nothing else, by walk is not possible 800 km come there,...). It is not fair, that price for dog, 25 EUR/night was known after obligatory reservation. If we know it, we can choose another places for our holiday. I can send you copy of the invoice. Please send me financial compensation (the prices diffrend is 37 EUR) back to my credit card or account 1272210073/0800. Thank you Jan Zoul

The accommodation was really great - villas are well equipped and super clean, located underneath the treas in a quiet area (slept really well). The kitchenette was equipped with all that we needed (although we mostly ate outside, there were plenty of places to choose from). Super nice employees (both the receptionists and the cleaning staff, they really made us feel at home). The reception staff showed a lot of consideration for special needs of my elderly parents - much appreciated! For people travelling with their dogs: whole of Njivice (basically all the restaurants and coffee shops we visited) are super ok with the dogs accompanying their humans to the establishments. There are a couple of beaches where dogs can go as well, so all of our "family members" were happy with the stay. For sure will visit again!

Lovely private villas in an oak forest right next to sea coast. We really appreciate the "green" aspect of the villas, which have been built in an oak forest leaving the cooling tree cover and privacy. The beach is next to the property and you really get the best of combination of being in a quiet secluded spot but 2 minutes away from the water at the same time. We found the villas to be spacious, with two separate bedrooms, a large living room, and a nice terrace.

Two hotplates and a mini sink make the kitchen a bit challenging to use, although (suprisingly) it comes with a full size fridge, mini fridge, and plenty of utensils. A drying rank would have been nice. Jadran/Adriatic beach is quite crowded, but we really enjoyed the mini-beach next to Il Cantuccio (and it's fantastic for kids)

Very nice spacious vacation house, I think zhere are multiple varieties of the houses size and dispositions, ours was ideal for 4 people, had two bathroom and two AC units (one on the groznd floor and one upstairs where are the bedrooms). We had a great time, it is placed in an oak wood with interesting birds. It was not noisy at all, and it was a peak season - end of july. Good place to stay with family with small children (our children of 3yo and 6yo) had a great time. Not far from the beach. Lots of restaurants, icecream places and cafés nearby.

It is obvious that it is not new anymore a bit worn out. It could have been a bit cleaner and it could use a bit more storage space. The beaches were crowded thought - but it is to be expected in peak season.

It was so nice, green, clean and dog friendly. The apartments not too close to each other, they are modern and spacious. We took our husky with us. She had a welcome package in the apartment and the staff was so gentle to her all the time. All the bars and restaurants welcome dogs and they offer water and dog biscuits to them. So kind! I was a bit worried about the beach because I could not find enough photos of it, but it is close, clean, not too crowded. If I can suggest I would upload more detailed pictures of the beach area. The grill restaurant of the resort has very tasty food, we ate there all the time. We must come back.

Some more pillows on the bed would be nice - but it is about personal preference.

- very nice Villa - very clean and tidy - very nice villa « resort » - perfect location to enjoy the northern of Krk - beach front is located at 50m from the villas - all facilities available in the beach front or in the camping near the Villas (restaurants, bars, pool, market, bike renting, aquatic activities…). You can do everything by walking - we ordered food directly from the villa (via an app) and the food was excellent and delivery was just perfect - amazing staff

Everything was perfect but a dishwasher in the villa and a washing machine in the villa resort would be a best

The experience was absolutely fantastic! We'll definitely return and spread the word. The apartments were cosy, boasting a fabulous terrace, and they're pet-friendly too! They even provide a sweet welcome gift for furry friends—a big cookie and a little ball for playtime. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, and the surroundings were peaceful and laid-back. Plus, there's a fantastic dog-friendly beach nearby at their campsite. We'll definitely be back for another visit.

Nice house in an excellent location close to the shore, parking right in front of the house, large terrace. Nice people at the reception. Beds are extremely comfortable.

- There's no cupboard or coat hanger on the ground floor, you have to store all your stuff in the bedrooms. This is probably not an issue in the summer, but we visited in April when the weather was still quite cold and it's a little weird to carry your coats to the bedroom on first floor anytime you come home. - Upon arrival we found some trash on the floor behind the curtain. - No dishwasher, no washing machine. - If you have a pet, you pay an extra fee of 25 EUR/Day which is quite steep, and it's not too obvious when you do the booking. But maybe it is somewhere in the fine print. - You also pay a small extra fee for parking, which is also not obvious when booking.

Great location, great villas, very kind personel, nice beach and resaurants. We enjoyed food delivery lretty much. Excellent morning yoga and bikes at the reception make the holiday more sporty. Villas look good inside and outside as well. Place is dog freindly which is great. Dog beach is 10 minites walk.

It is high time to replace bed mattress with some new ones, ours was definitely after normal tear and wear.

We came for 1 night and ended up staying for 15, it was so nice! Very friendly staff, lovely houses, exceptional location with lots of nature close by. For the off season price (80/night) it was super reasonably prices. Free use of the hotel gym was awesome

$25/night for the dog does seem weirdly high, we were aware of the price and decided it was worth it but it does seem strange.
