Great location, close to all city's attractions, and nice river view. Many restaurants and cafes in the hotel and nearby. Very polite, caring and responsive staff. Small, but quite good wellness zone with jacuzzi and saunas, not too crowded.

In my opinion, the rooms need to be renovated, the interior is a little outdated and some pieces of the furniture don't look good. The rooms looked new on the booking photos, maybe I was the one who got the room without renovation. Compared to the nice lobby and restaurant, my room was shabby. I would also add that the price is higher than expected, because the breakfast is ordinary and the rooms aren't fresh and stylish. Usually for that kind of room price you expect something more, for example coffee and tea in the room or more breakfast options.

Superb service from all staff, especially front of house and kitchen personnel who went out of their way to book me an excursion and provide bespoke dinner and breakfast to accommodate health issues and food intolerances. Ideal location. Comfortable, modern room with great river view.

Perhaps a tad bit pernickety but there was a great deal of accumulated dust behind the headboard which may cause discomfort for those with dustmite allergies. I'd recommend improved dusting to avoid potential issues. Otherwise, room was top-notch.

You must leave hotel bar at 11. Even if you still have your drink. We have to go in hotell loby. It was verry bad experience. Never see such a practice. Hotel is here to acomodate their guests, not to please some vierd manager. I would definetly avoid this hotel if you find something similar around.

It was our second visit in the hotel in a year time. Nice room, kind staff, especially Goran at the front desk. Excellent restaurant “Zimska luka”, the dinner there was very delicious. Kind waiter with “white hair”. Good breakfast. Convenient parking. Nice zoo in Osijek and wonderful park alleys.

Nothing really. Maybe the unpleasant cigarette smell in the corridor of the ninth floor.

The location by the River Drava is excellent. I received a warm and friendly welcome. I was lucky that my room had a panoramic view of the Drava. The restaurant was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom well equipped.

Some of the wall-paper in the room was starting to peel off the wall. I guess the rooms are due for a redecoration. However this did not spoil my stay

Fabulous friendly front desk and room service staff! A wonderful welcome on checkin for 2 weary travellers and our dog. We couldn’t have been made to feel more welcomed anywhere. Absolutely first class service all round. And room service deliveries were very prompt indeed with hot and truly delicious meals.

Great central waterfront location, room was very comfortable! Breakfast was very good and staff- especially Tena- provided excellent service!

Bathroom was small, no hooks for hanging anything. Bathroom towels could be updated!

The beds are very comfortable and the staff are brilliant. The restaurant is sensational. Not one bad meal in the 3 night stay and again the waiting staff were superb.

Breakfast was poor. For a city hotel with such nice architecture, location and views, I hope management will try harder to keep up with trends in hospitality industry and offer their guests additional choices for healthier and more quality breakfast in the future.
