The staff here is truly exceptional! We will be returning! We loved the entire property! All the hotels were great and had something different to offer! Beautiful location near the beach and restaurants, great hotel for a holiday (though I was working). Self-contained holiday resort, but when we were there it didn't feel too busy. Great food and helpful staff.

I really missed having a kettle in my room, or any kind of tea/coffee making. Even though it's hot I still love to make my own tea in my room.... Also slightly weird balcony - I didn't realise I could move the bars across it for the first few days. Also be aware that the beach is a 5 min walk, not directly accessible from within the hotel, and also there are holiday chalets between the hotel and the beach.

If you are looking for a amazing vacation in Croatia, this is the for sure the most perfect place. The entire place is very stunning and you will find something for every age group. Regarding hotel Niko, they exceeded our expectations. Before booking, we were thinking between hotel Niko and hotel Andrija, but in the last moment we decided for hotel Niko and didn't regret even one second. Everything from the check in to the check out was just perfect. As soon as we entered the hotel, the staff prepared a small welcoming gift for our daughter, which was super amazing. Apart from this, during our stay they made sure to surpise us with small gifts day over day to make our stay amazing. They just know how to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The entire staff is very welcoming and professional, sharing positive vibes all the time, but especially I need to highlight Kristina. Such a kind, polite, humble and honest person who welcomed us with a smile on her face and made sure to check on us all the time in case we need anything. The food in the Restaurant is undescribable tasty with a huge variety of dishes and I need to highlight chef Ismail who was sharing positive vibes all the time. Just a perfect vacation for us and we can't wait to be back!

The rooms could be a bit renovated, but everything is exceptional clean, which is the most important thing!

Both of the pools are refreshing and clean; the sea-water is great and the pine trees smell beautifully + they ensure the highly needed shade (there are parasols, as well). The staff is extremly friendly and kind, the boys that give you the towels deserve a special praise (there is a great method of exchanging vouchers for (beach/pool) towels), as well as the cleaning ladies.

The only thing that I disliked about the entire holiday is the price. It was my own mistake that I didn't book anything beside the room, but I hoped (due to a high price) that at least the breakfast would be included. I would also suggest to install a changing cabin somwhere near the pools.

The welcome on arrival was above and beyond what was expected. The facilities were explained to us by a rep and we were offered a welcome drink or sparkling wine, juice or water. The facilities were fantastic, large pool area with use of other pools on the resort, gelato shops, bars, restaurants, sweet shop, outdoor cinema, shops, beach club, evening entertainment and champagne bar. Parking is charged at €10 a day but the hotel kindly wavered this charge for us. The rooms are nothing special to look at but have everything you need for the short amount of time you spend in the room. Large, very comfortable bed, fridge, TV, balcony, good bathroom, toiletries and slippers provided. We would definitely stay again! Not to mention free fruit and sparkling wine around the pool each day.

It was expensive to buy drinks etc around the hotel. €4 for a fanta, when travelling with children it becomes very expensive but we had a hire car and went to the supermarket. We stored drinks in the fridge in the room.

The hotel offers direct beach access, along with convenient access to numerous boat excursions from its own pier. The breakfast was superb, closely followed by the impressive dinner offerings. Notably, the hotel provides ample parking space. The staff exhibited exceptional friendliness and helpfulness, displaying a strong command of English. They consistently demonstrated remarkable thoughtfulness and kindness, pleasantly surprising us on multiple occasions. Special recognition goes to Ante and Marija and everybody at the reception desk.

We really enoyed our stay at Hotel Niko! From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the staff with a big smile, they offered us welcome drink and explain the hotel facilities while waiting for our room. The Hotel has a pool, a restaurant were we enjoyed breakfast buffet and also dinner, and a pool bar. Hotel Niko is situated in a big resort with other hotels and you can enjoy their facilities as well, nice restaurants, the beaches, watersports, etc. We couldn't get enough! We really would like to thank the staff who was very attentive, helpful and friendly: Marija who welcomed us, Ivica who checked us in, Antonio at check out and also the female colleague with glasses, also the curly blond hair female colleague who helped us. Apologies for not remembering the names :) Thank you for the gifts as well! We will definitely come back! Vidimo se uskoro ;) a presto!

This hotel is one of the best we've ever stayed in From the minute we walked in, we received first class treatment.The staff are exceptional can't emphasise this enough from the cleaning staff dinner reception,bar, EVERYONE. A special shout out to Lucija for the extra mile for honeymoon and mother's birthday. The hotel is spotless I've never seen a hotel so clean and the rooms are very comfortable. Food is excellent very fresh, and a great selection. Different dinners every night and value for money. The children had a great time and the park itself is brilliant always something to do. We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful resort. Thanks again for everything.
