Great location, enjoyed walking to the plazas and old city, good restaurants and shopping. At the end of our visit to Croatia we had the rooms that faced the front of the building, which were great, very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was included with our stay and was delicious with good selection. Staff were friendly and offered interesting stories on how they got there as many of them are from different parts of the world.

At the start of our journey we had 2 rooms that faced the restaurant below and were directly under the rooftop bar, which was a bit noisy during the night. The rooms were comfortable though and we were aware that the noise level could be an issue.

For the most part everything was super amazing. Big giant room, comfy beds, location was so great for exploring the city, right by the funicular for going up to the upper city, tons of good restaurants and public transport right nearby.

This is a minor issue, but the thermostat in the room only turns on and off whatever the hotel is already set to, you can't change it from heat to cool. Which is fine, but good to know in advance (before you accidentally turn your room into a sauna like I did, thinking that you're turning on the AC when it warms up a little, but actually just turning the heat on blast)

Location! - truly in the heart of Zagreb and just at the foot of the upper area where everyone wants to go. You hardly need a map as the place is on the main street an just next to the tram line and in no vehicle zone. So it is extremely convenient to pan your walks in whichever direction. Communication - was very responsive through booking.com messaging. Booked a direct transport for us who we had no issues during meet at the airport. Also easy to approach for any other things we wanted to do including things to do for the day ..... Vibe - there is a lot of youth coming through the place and there is a very nice energy everywhere. The restaurant which is in the middle of lift lobby and reception is always busy ! And there is always something happening every night. But you have to be cool with a bit of smoky ! The Roof - this should be the first stop even before you start your walk around especially if you just check in after 4pm. And if you are not sure what to order..try a coffee martini !

The music to some and noise to others is expected. But it drops off quickly after 12 mn. The place is clean but the "feel" of first impressions can be improved.

We didn’t use the breakfast but it was a great hotel in a better locations. Some noise from nightclub goers as they left but to be expected. If there is something I would change would be to implement a no smoking rule in the bar / reception areas as the smoke did travel to the first floor where we stayed. I say this because we simply aren’t used to smoking indoors as we live in the uk and this has been banned for sometime. That said, I understand may not be enforceable at this hotel as the culture is slightly different. Other than that we loved our stay at the hotel and Zagreb!

Breakfast was good an interesting with local fruits and eggs. On an anti-inflammatory diet, the breakfast worked for me. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. Especially Theresa, Nikki and Carrie. Any small glitches were resolved immediately. There is a staffed storage area for suitcases after check out 11 am. I left mine there until I caught the airport bus at 3 pm. The proximity to the local fruit and veg market was terrific. I was at the market 7 am to buy fresh green figs to have with my morning coffee also at the market. The hotel is 3 mins walk from an open square with tour guides giving excellent tour info in English. An excellent central location for museums, opera, the old town, open air concerts. I would be happy to return.

The bedroom window blinds could go to the floor to block out the light better.

The location of this hotel is very good, Its right in the shopping area and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby.It is also within walking distance to the market . The tram stop is just 2 minutes walk away. We requested for a twin bedded room and was allocated a room facing the main street with a double decker queen bed. As we are staying for only a night this does not bother us. We slept well.

The staircase are partly blocked by items for storage. This may pose a risk in the event of a fire.

The room was available short-term, the same day I booked and it was possible to pay in place. Not too expensive and right in the city center, close to the main square. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower is built as a booth as if you are staying at the music festival.

A bar downstairs, which you could hear very well from the room. However, all the sound from it disappears at nighttime, so that doesn't disturb you from sleeping. The room was styled with magazine covers, in a very bright way with bright colors. I guess that was the intention and that was ok for me as I was staying for one night, but for a longer period that might be more disturbing.

The hotel is quite funky and in a very good position in Zagreb. There is a busy bar downstairs and an atrium in the middle, which we thought would be noisy, but our room was quiet as we were not connected to the atrium. We had one of the larger rooms that has been very recently renovated, and was very cool! would recommend the hotel, but pay a bit more and get one of the larger & quieter situated rooms.

We were there in late March and was busy but not crowded- I think it would be a mad party house and noisy in the summer!

Very good location closed to the city center and Zagreb's attractions. Good breakfast. Polite personnel.

The taxi left us 5 minutes walk away because the road is not accessible for cars. The beds were up and down and the upper one was really high and not suitable for younger children. No baby cot available. The reception area needs a good renovation. No late check out available. The breakfast area and corridors smelled cigarettes. Some noise from the trams during the night.

The location was fantastic - very close to the center & the tram line. Breakfast was good with variety. The rooms were huge and we wished we had allowed more time to stay longer.

There was confusion over the airport pickup - we didn't have a confirmation from the hotel that transport had been booked so we waited and booked our own which resulted in a double booking.
