Location and staff were great. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and soundproof. All equipment was functioning. The price was really good for this value.

Only small things, really. We had the apartment in a third floor without the elevator, but we knew about it. There was no microwave, only stove. Parking in front of the entrance was a little inconvenient, but it was only for loading and unloading of the car.

Very nice and clean apartment in the centre of city. You can find everything you need inside. Client oriented personal! A lot of parking places nearby and minimum time to biathlon stadium or Prague city by car/by train. The best recommendations!

The apartmen was really clean, quiet, spacious with everything we needed, even A/C which we welcomed in the hot weather. Positioned in downtown, grocery just a few steps away. TV in each room. Great king size beds! Even though it is just by the main road, it wasn't noisy with closed windows.

Didn't figure out how to lock the apartment from inside so that kids would not go out on their own. But I didn't ask the receptionist either, wasn't much of an issue...

I really loved the common area where people can get together for a breakfast or coffee

The bathroom had one or two kinks that could be better but overall it will serve its purpose.

Absoluttely amazing accomodation, luxury interior. Bath and shower, kitchen and beds all of that is above average. Price is good. Clean, modern and private. Little nice down town, perfect nature and fast travel from region center.

A little bit noise of street. Better windows would make this apartment perfect.

The rooms were really spacious – I can imagine staying for a week or more (I would only miss a dishwasher I guess). The apartment was well equipped and all the equipment was in great condition – the beds were comfy and towels fluffy. There are also superb curtains that let in no light – perfect for late sleepers. The contactless check-in worked like a charm for us. There was private parking available (while not part of the property itself it is about a minute's walk).

The only issue we encountered would be the slightly overworked staff – still very kind and willing to assist with any obstacle, but it would be great if the level of service did not hinge on a single person 24/7.

Very nice, cosy, clean and roomy apartment, we found everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable and big! Very nice hallway of the building. Very 40s vibe.

Room was perfect. Stylish, clean, quiet with nice view.there was good WiFi, notes in the room where to go eat and lot of other information as checkout etc. This was first time I was checking in without social interaction and it was great. All needed info was included and clear.

There is nothing I can think of maybe there was one day where neighbours upstairs was loud but it was not hotel's fault

Big room, nicely decorated. Excellent location. Since it was a hot day, we appriciated AC. Hlinsko was a lovely town - it was fun to walk around. There were nice restaurants near by (good food, efficient & friendly service).

The corridor’s lights were dim and didn’t work properly.
