Great location. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly, polite, professional and helpful staff (all of them!). The room was clean and quite, with a great view on the castle. We wuld be happy to stay there again!

The room did not have electric kettle, tea nor coffee. The toiletries provided were not good quality and certainly could be improved for a 4-star hotel. The check-out time was inconveniently early at 10:00 a.m., which is 2 hours earlier than all other hotels I have stayed in around Europe and the world (and I travel a lot).

Breakfast was great, in the restaurant of the older building. Terrific location on the main square. I used the hotel as a base to visit the great variety of sites in the area, for rock formations, history, and architecture.

A lovely spacious room. Very quiet. Even the standard room has a view (the castle!). The cafe and restaurant downstairs open till late and serving really nice food (very reasonably priced and large portions too!) Very friendly and helpful staff. Free parking on the square if staying in the hotel.

Nothing, it was a perfect service!

The hotel is very nice, good value for money, clean, nice food in a restaurant, located right in the centre of the town.

There was an annual fair during our stay, the level of noise was unbearable. The hotel informed us but we had no other option so we stayed. I believe this activity had a very negative impact on all the tourist services including restaurants near by and cannot believe it is taking place in the centre of the town where it has negative influence wherever you decide to go. The music from the fair is so loud that even when you sit inside a restaurant behind closed door it causes unbearable amount of noise.

This time we got a room in a newly built part of the hotel. Not as historical atmosphere as in the old part but way more convenient (noise isolation, temperature etc.). Good restaurant, free parking in the central part of the town and ability to make a non-standard arrangements.

Breakfast was good. Variety of breakfast options to choose from.

The communication with the reception was bit different what you expect from 4* hotel. E.g.: When we asked abou the town parking pricing (since they could not gurantee for us parking included in price), they simply answered 'I do not know'. And then when we arrived the info board and machine was just in front of the hotel...

You get lots of space for the price. I had a bedroom, living room, bathroom, and a corridor with a fridge. The stuff was very helpful and friendly. It was no problem to stay with a dog

They provide quite expensive breakfast however, you have to preorder it as a single dish and it is held next doors in the cafeteria.

We know this hotel very well since we stayed there several years ago. The hotel keeps its high standard, the breakfast is very good, the facility is comfortable, even the car parking was without problems.

Nice staff, very clean and comfortable room. Very good breakfast, large selection, food fresh and delicious. Hotel in the center of a city. I recommend to everyone.
