Hotel Payer exceeded our expectations! We stayed in the new building and everything was absolutely great. Soft beds and pillows (rare in Czech), very clean, private parking safely in back of the building, very secure gate opening and closing. Good breakfast. Well organized even though the reception hours are limited. Hotel Payer is modern place in one of the best locations in Teplice. I would stay again!

Would be nice if the bathroom would have some shelves for our toiletries, we ended up using the table in the bedroom.

it was only me and my partner in the hotel as it was christmas the lady at reception went out of her was to cook us breakfast bless her which was lovely. also the room was nice bed was realy comfy nice mattress no spings as mentioned in previous reviews by others. nice nights stay would of liked to stay longerbit returning to the uk.

it was clean but it needs to be more in terms of insects. moreover the smell of the near restaurant comes to the room specially the grounds one.

room 601 was situated next to technical room. Constant noises from that room were very annoying. room was very cold, took a while to get ok temperature. Booking was made via booking.com however receptionist told us that no booking was made - Very common issue from other reviewers.. morning breakfast disaster, not a single table was clean(dirty dishes everywhere) , I hade to make room for myself. coffee machine did not work at all.

Brown, rusty water came from the sink tap. The first two days the milk was spoiled/bad at breakfast. Noisy room, probably due to the heating system and it was facing to the street.

Staff was friendly. Location is okay and the price was low. I guess you get what you pay for ... not that you have anything better to choose from in this city.

Very strange and old interior design. But the worst was that the doors to each room and in the hallways always slam hard and VERY loud. People were going in and out of their rooms all night and morning, so each time the doors closed, you hear a VERY loud BANG. I woke up 10 times overnight and slept not more that 3-4 hours and my whole day I was sleepy. Sadly this is a frequent problem in so many hotels in Czech and across Europe. Attention to details and cleanliness is a LOW priority.
