excellent, central location 2 min from metro, bus/tram and restaurants/shops, safe neighborhood; very decent breakfast with good variety, quality and quantity, nice modern room

Hairdryer could be better (more powerful), but no real problem. Petty issue was that staff in the night shift were much less helpful. I asked for some stitch and thread two consecutive evnenings, once I was told that the kits are with housekeeping and noone was available at that time, while the next evening, I was told that the hotel has no such thing and I should buy something from the stores. I asked the morning ladies and they literally only had to get a sewing kit out of one of the reception drawers! No major issue, but strange that they did not know they had them...

The hotel overall was fantastic, the rooms are small but adequate and bathroom had everything it needed. The location is exactly what is stated, for me the whole city was within walking distance, however tram stops close by if needed. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast, got you started for the day with plenty of choice. Lovely view out over the city from bedroom terrace on floor 8!

My only qualm about my stay would be the offer of a double bed.. it’s never going to be a double as there’s a 3 inch beam that separates the two single beds.

The location is very good, 20 min walking distance from old city center

The communication about the parking. We received the confirmation that our reservation was accepted. But we were not told from the beginning that hybrid vehicles are not accepted. Unpleasant moment, as we were forced to search for a parking lot - being already with children and luggages in the hotel reception. The room was spacious, although no window could be open to refresh the air in the room (there was mold on the ceiling - communicated to the receptionist lady).

The bed was really comfortable and the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located super close to IP Pavlova metro and tram station, which is very central.

Nothing to complain about really. I just had to ask for toilet paper on day 2 - but that was really nothing major. The fridge was not very cold, but I took it out of the cabinet it was in and then it worked wonderfully!

Upon our arrival the receptionist upgraded our room for free to a much bigger room with a jacuzzi and a kitchenette which was great because my daughter was very happy about the jacuzzi. Also the location was great and very convenient for us. It was near the main train station and the I.P. Pavlova metro station. Another convenient aspect is that from the hotel there is a direct tram (tram 22) to the Prague Castle and to Mala Strana, and to the Mala Strana side of Charles Bridge.

Service was very good. All the members of the staff are kind and willing to help. Helena gave me a great first impression with all important information and tips for my days in Prague. Breakfast is typical and good. Bed is very comfortable and the pillows huge 👏🏼 you can walk to most main parts of the city and the public transport is right outside the hotel.

Shower is good, but the area of it could be more spacious.

breakfast is good. reception really helpful 100%. room perfect, except poor heating. Onsite parking available extra, BUT don't take a large car!!!

Disliked · breakfast coffee machine poor. no heating in room above 20deg. Lift broke down with me in it. Emergency communication terrible as only in Czech, didn't get a formal apology. TV didn't have any English channels, despite every other European language

Everything was really good, location, cleanliness, facilities. I enjoyed the two night that I stayed there

The only thing I did not enjoyed was the breakfast. I have to say that it is really good and complete if you are not vegan or have some intolerance. There were not alternative milks or vegan products. I have to admit that I did not mention in advance or while I was there to the staff. maybe they would have prepare something. But I would recommend them to include this permanently because everything was really nice and with a vegan option would has been perfect :)

The staffs are amazing all of them, they were all helpful and communicates well . The room is always warm that also made me enjoyed my stay

No tea in the room or tea kettle to make hot water yourself 😬. Also the breakfast should be looked into by adding waffles 🧇 pancakes 🥞

The location is good, with metro stations nearby for the green and red lines and a tram line right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was somewhat modest, yet the products were of excellent quality.

The bed had no board at the headside, and it was rather inconvenient. No view at all, which was not much of a trouble, since I only went to the hotel to sleep.
