The history, location and architecture were a joy.

We were in love with Pustevny. Michael and the staff at Libusin were just wonderful...caring and warm.

I wouldn't waste any words trying to describe how special this property and its location is - it is truly exceptional and breathtaking. My expectations were exceeded in every imaginable aspect, but I would like to express a special appreciation to true heartiness, care and kindness we have received from all the staff, they are truly dedicated to their guests and their service - they are doing their jobs at such level of dedication it's rather rare nowadays. As a side note, let me mention we had a rather special dietary requirements for my spouse, and those requirements were handled, explained and matched in truly exceptional manner.

We've experienced some minor glitches with wi-fi and internet connectivity, but those were rather intermittent and easily tolerable considering the distant location of the property.

What can I say, this is a one of a kind historic gem that’s located in beautiful Pustevny. The whole building is beautiful and so was our room which had everything we needed. Right outside our hotel room there’s a door which leads you into a small kitchen with expresso maker and a large balcony to enjoy the view. Breakfast was superb with champagne Loved the staff.

I wish we could have stayed longer.

Great team at the restaurant and hotel. They were very helpful in organizing an alternative onward journey, as my original plan broke down because of the huge amounts of snow on the streets. Everything worked out fine, thank you!

Amazing historic hotel where every single piece of furniture fits the setting (not standard at all). Beautiful location, great food and wine, very friendly staff and a nice welcome Slivovice :)

Only slight disarvantage was that you could quite well hear guests in the other rooms, but I think that can’t be avoided in a mostly wooden historic building.

The place is charming and so much detail, so pretty and thoughtful, very unique. The staff is amazing and nothing is a problem and the location is wonderful!

The two buildings, Mamenka and Libusin are absolutely great. The design by the Slovak Designer is unbelievable and a must see experience!

Beautiful room, newly renovated. Good breakfast. Easy parking in front of the building. Wifi slow. Professional staff. Warm welcome to the accommodation.

Wifi is not strong enough! Old wooden building, you can hear snoring your neighbours :-) etc.

The staff was friendly, showed me the room, told me everything about the property and offered a welcome drink. The restaurant that belongs to the property is excellent. The location unbeatable.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming. We had the small room with a sloping roof which had a lot of charm and character. There are two wooden buildings from architect D. Jurkovič in the same style - one is a restaurant and second one is an accomodation. Location is overhelming but crowdy in days but after the 19:00 its completely opposite. Parking is available on site.
