I did like clean room and shower, cleaning service, design of hotel and room. Good selection of food for breakfast, nice wellness

We went for a lunch to the hotel restaurant. Salmon was overcooked, young servers unprofessional and unresponding, in the end a server spilled coffee on my spouse

Dinner was delicious, breakfast menu very big. The wellness area is nice and the staff friendly. The room's cleanliness was alright, it is spacious enough and very comfortable.

When we went for dinner at the restaurant, the staff did not tend to us at first. We stood there waiting to be seated, but apparently, we should have just chosen a table, but nobody told us. At checkout, even though we gave back our bathrobes directly at that time, the deposit was not taken off our bill, and a refund in euros was not possible which was not ideal for us.

It's a very nice place to stay, we particularly enjoyed the wellness and the restaurant/bar downstairs. Breakfasts were also great and varied. We were staying with a toddler and had absolutely no issues - we even got a crib we didn't need to ask for.

The suites can get quite hot in the summer - but intelligent usage of open windows, shades and air conditioning mitigated this issue.

Everything was amazing. I couldn't believe that we got such a room and breakfast buffet with this price.

Usually for the hotel guests the pool should be free to use. But there it's not. We had to pay extra for sauna and pool area

Nice room, wellness options and food. We liked the breakfast. The bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom in the room was not very 'private' as it's all separated from the bed area with glass. You can see anyone showering or using the toilet which can get awkward depending who you share the room with.

Nice and clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was Great , Wellness Fantastic saunas and relax room very Good.

Very good value. Nice rooms, clean, nice furniture, perfect breakfast. Nice location if you are driving... Rooms could be bigger, but design, covieniences are very good. I wish all hotels would be like this one.

Lovely and comfy room, the restaurant is amazing (both breakfast and regular menu), quite good wellness center. Staff was friendly.

Not enough chaise lounges around the pool and no hangers to hang your bathrobe.

I liked the overall look of this hotel, parking possibilities, high quality restaurant service and meals, cleanliness of the room, water free of charge in the room, slippers, nice choice of room cosmetics, nice design and sound proofing of the room.

Really slow elevator, not so attractive surrounding among blocks of flats, but we did enjoy very good meal in the on site restaurant so there was no urge to leave the hotel. They have good choice of wine (Moravian district, one does not expect anything else) so taking a trip to the center of Znojmo was out of the question, so, if you wish to do some sightseeing you have to think about not so convenient localization. Is that a minus? For me, no, I took a walk to Jewish cemetery, :) but be aware of the walking distance to see the old part of Znojmo - about 40 min.
