Very good location for Disneyland Paris. Very good facilities for the price and very clean.

The TV in the room advertised being able to connect your phone to it via Chromecast but there were no instructions of how to do this and when we tried it didn’t work. There was no sign of a Chromecast plugged in to the TV and when we asked at reception on how to get it working we were just told that we couldn’t have the Netflix password so we just left it. Also, the air conditioning wasn’t controllable from the room, it was instead locked and controlled centrally by the hotel themselves. It was set to 26° every day we returned from the park which wasn’t ideal and meant we struggled to sleep due to the heat.

Walking distance to Disney Parks and beautiful nature all around.

The hotel needs some renovation especially the carpets in the rooms and in the corridors. Also the breakfast room needs to be freshen up. It all looked tired including the staff in charge of breakfast…

Great location with disney a 10 minute walk or a free shuttle bus

Had to open our own anti bac wipes and give the apartment a little clean.... drink stains on the wall etc.... just needed a bit of a deep clean to bring it back up to standard

Location was ideal for visiting Disneyland Paris. Only a 15-20 min stroll to the park but there was also adequate shuttle bus facilities laid on if you wished to use this. Location was also very good for the local shopping centre and the local hypermarket for stocking up on water/juice, etc.

Some small niggles - shower head wasn't attached to the wall correctly. A little manipulation allowed showering to take place but it wasn't ideal. Air conditioning seemed to be set at a specific temp and the controls did not seem to allow variation to take place. You could adapt the fan speed but that was about it.

Some staff very helpful and kind (not all staff - see below) Buffet Breakfast not worth £13 pp - food selection was very limited Stayed for 3 days, the room was not cleaned and the bed sheets were not changed 27 C and the aircon wasn’t working. We were told that only heating was available!! Bathtroom door made a large sound when opened/closed (room 249) The room’s safe’s battery was low. we asked receptionist to look into it, said engineer would fix it the following morning and it wasn’t fixed or any explanation offered. Hotel corridors with warn out wallpaper. Most importantly, the receptionist on the evening shift on Monday 9th May (French woman) was rude. Apparently she was put off that I spoke to her in English as she seemed to be very friendly with French speaking customers…

Great hotel, super friendly staff, great nature parks around where you can have lovely walks with your dog:) The best feature of this hotel is its location.. Only 15mins walk to Disneyland Paris. Or you can take the free shuttle bus:) And there is a huge shopping mall 5mins away, with a very nice square, and the biggest 2 story supermarket I've ever seen. Overall Val d'Europe /Serris has a great relaxing holiday vibe. Really loved it! And it's very close to the train station which has frequent trains to Paris Centre.

Everything was great! But next time I will stay in a bigger room.

This hotel was excellent value for money, I had a spacious, comfortable room which was well furnished and had loads of plug sockets. In a great location, Val d Europe is lovely, hotel is around the corner from a large shopping centre and a 20 minute walk/free shuttle bus to Disneyland Paris. Breakfast was very nice with loads of choice and all the staff I met were incredibly friendly and helpful. I didn't use or see the leisure facilities on my trip, but it's great to have the option there. Most importantly for me, I felt very safe here as a solo traveller. I'll definitely be coming again!

My only complaint is I asked twice during my stay to get my air conditioner/heating fixed, but nobody ever attended to it despite saying they would. Wasn't a huge issue as the temperature outside was okay but would have been awful in summer or winter

Clean. Free bus. Great location. Luggage holding for an extra half day in the parks.

Could do with some women's hygenic products in the little shop area with the drinks/sweets. The vending machine was out of tampons, and businesses now could do more to have feminine products either in the room or for purchase for emergencies.

Close to everything, staff was friendly. Although there was an issue with our room. We paid for balcony but when we got to the room there was no balcony. Staff were nice and moved us 3 times until we finally got one with a balcony. Disney is 12 min walk if you don't want to wait for the shuttle. Great shopping center 3 min walk away and lovely little cafe 2 mins away for coffee and pastrys in the morning.

Room didn't get cleaned at all we were there wed-sat. Towels weren't changed , we had to ask for fresh towels. No bar in the hotel.

Everything! It was great that there were some rooms available last minute. Our room was clean, the pool was nice and heated, and the location was close to the park and the shopping mall while still being quiet. We will definitely return to this hotel!

Some parts were quite worn out, in our room and the overall building. Also, there were some loud families (fighting/arguing with each other and hotel employees) but this isn’t something the hotel can do much about…
