facilities where really good. personnel really kind. Food is exceptional and the variaty really good. I truly believe is the perfect summer destination.

At the superior room, bathroom didn't have any window or something to extract humidity. So the floor and towels were wet all the time and we had to open the main window, during winter because there was a humidity smell. Also it was a little bit weird that although we were hotel costumers, there was not any offer at the spa. It is something that happens at other hotels and we thought it a common practise.

Honestly, this was probably the best hotel experience I've had. 1. The room was very spacious with a wonderful view on the pool and see. Don't listen to bad reviews. The furniture is 20+ years old, true, but in a very good condition, high quality and sparkling clean. 2. The food was heavenly. It's better than any restaurant you could imagine. It's unbelievable how tasty can food be. 3. The staff is incredible. Everybody is so helpful and cheerful. Everybody deserves a bonus, especially Giorgos who was very helpful and kind in the main restaraunt. 4. The hotel's assistant manager offered us a romantic dinner in the restaurant next to the hotel for free of charge! Sunset, cosy music and environment, sitting on the terrace of the restaurant, looking at the see and eating the best à la carte food in Greece (I'm subjective here, but honest). 5. There are some negative reviews stating that you need to pay 20 euros tu use the SPA. That's not true. The use of all pools, inside and out are included in the price of the room. The only additional charges are for different kind of treatments which is normal for every hotel. 6. The hotel has it's own private beach which is very long and never crowded. There are a couple of people in the sea every time and it's a very calming and relaxing experience. 7. The parking has lots of huge trees, so you can actually find a spot for your car to be protected from the sun all the time. 8. The pool has a very interesting shape with different canals which makes it interesting to actually do something in the water instead of just sitting there. 9. Get the all inclusive package! It includes drinks and snacks from the pool and beach bar. I never had the need to order a snack because the food was so good, but it's nice to not think about the cost of drinks when relaxing on a sunbed. 10. The nights are magical.

The use of the sauna or steam bath cost 20 euros. I think that's an unnecessary cost. Anyways, I booked a steam bath and they turned it on when I got there so it was actually cold inside. I had to wait for 30 minutes to get some benefits of it, but I still had to stand under the steam. The bench in the sauna was cold all the time so I couldn't sit. It became very unconfortable, so I just came out. I was told I could use it later, but I just didn't feel like coming back in an hour again. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about. It was a moment to forget and enjoy the rest of the stay.

Parking ample. Internal pool in three parts: one with cokd water, one with iamatic water lukewarm and one smaller with hot water jacuzzi. The external one is the iamatic also. The big outside pool did not work in the winter, not a heating one. Massage therapy extra price normal prices quality treatment. Permission for grown up kids to enter the pool granted. Rooms spacious. Marvellous view to the pools and the sea but also to the mountain. Tennis court football field available free of charge convenient enough. Buffet for dinner majestic, has everything one needs. Breakfast marvellous. Spacious lobby areas

Nothing in particular. The football field needs some rudimentary maintenance, perhaps some simple nets would really make a difference without any cost.

We have expected hot bubbling spa but instead it was cold, a bit disappointing When we asked to go to the sauna, we were told it cost extra 20 Euros We were told to try the outdoor spa next morning but unfortunately it was less than warm As we strictly keep kosher diet so we asked the waiter to warm us kosher food we brought in the hotel's microwave, but we were refused. Usually when someone keep kosher, the hotel offers fruit and vegetables platter instead of a dinner, but that wasn't the case here. Even for one bottle of water, we had hard time to get.

Beautiful property in Kamena Vourla. The sea view room is very spacious as well as the bathroom. It is an older hotel, but it is well kept and spotlessly clean (and better than many other resorts we have stayed at in Greece). Great selection at breakfast buffet and tasty food (we ate dinner out, so can’t speak as to dinner). Very nice pool for the daytime and nice, relaxing music at night by the pool and bar to enjoy a few cocktails. We will definitely stay again!!

The only reason we did not give it 10 stars is service at the pool was very very slow. We thought by tipping we would get a little better service, but that didn’t work (of course, we still tipped - even though it is not expected in Greece). Most times, we just went to the bar to order, but even there you have to wait for a server to enter it into their machine (I get it - control for the hotel to make sure payment is made to the hotel and not to staff). The bartenders were excellent and worked very hard, so I am only speaking about the wait staff at the pool being slow (in their defense, we were there on the hottest days, so maybe they were just tired?).

Theodore at the spa was amazing. Nearly fell asleep! The buffet was lovely and Maria was the perfect waitress. Our room was nice and the pool area lovely. the location is superb and you can take a lovely long walk along the promenade early in the morning or late in the evening. Loads of restaurants if you want to eat out. A great family location.

The passageways in the hotel do not have any aircon so its a bit hot walking the long corridors - needs more ventilation. Some indoor plants would soften the inside as well. The grounds are very weedy and the plants need some care.

Buffet exceeded expectations. Compliments to the chef for the change and variety in the menu. Staff was friendly and attentive everywhere. Spa treatment was excellent. Live music in the evening was an excellent addition.

That 'Galiko' coffee was not served after the evening meal with the wonderful desserts. The bugs really were biting despite my efforts, notably in the room. Spa did not offer packages or discounts for taking more than one treatment.

The hotel is 1 hour from Athens After work finished 5 we arrived 6 pm We made fast check in At the room there was Champaign and sweets waiting for us we swam at the hot swimming pool for an hour and then went to the room change clothes We had dinner at 8 pm great dinner the food at Mitzi’s is great experience Then sat outside by swimming pool with beautiful live music Frank Sinatra and other jewel songs and enjoy dancing by the swimming pool It was fantastic

The pool and facilities were clean, enjoyable, and easily accessible.

The staff member that assisted me during one of my spa sessions was not the best. I ordered a massage and 20-min therapeutic bath session. The staff member did not provide a locker or robe for me and rushed me along without getting the opportunity to use the shower in the bath room where my therapeutic bath session was. I did have other sessions that staff did a wonderful job.

The location is in the middle way between Athens and Meteora so it is a good location for staying the night instead of being hours on the road. The pool is very nice! The dinner was great, and so does the breakfast. There is a beach across the road.

This hotel maybe used to be a 5 star hotel in the 90's, but now it needs a renovation. The hallways were messy with laundry, dirty dishes, some boxes.. The rooms wasn't accessible. The elevator tool us to the first floor and then we had to go several stairs to reach the room.
