Visiting India after 18 years, I was a little nervous however Hyatt Regency ensured my stay was comfortable and smooth! The reception and concierge staff were honestly top tier. I’d like to give a special thanks to Harpreet in the reception team for going above and beyond, making sure all my needs and requirements were fulfilled. A special thanks to Rohit for being ever so helpful. The in room dining team for making food that wasn’t even on the menu - felt ever so spoilt! Lastly, the spa team were fantastic, I felt like a real princess. Hyatt Regency offer undisputed hospitality and welfare for all their customers! I would highly recommend and can’t wait to visit and stay here again!

Very very impressed with the assistance of the entire Team. Some special mentions are as follows: 1.) Dipali - Every morning at breakfast we were very well taken care off by Dipali. Very diligent at work and always attends us with a smile. Very attentive towards any.speciam request and asks feedback. She was an absolute super star. 2.) Vijay Front Desk - Assisted in every step during Check-in taking care of all small needs to make.out stay enjoyable. 3.) Gurinder (Driver) - Since my son was unwell, he was admitted to hospital. Gurinder was our driver ans we were very impressed with his nearing nature and assistance in the entire hospital.process

The breakfast spread was very good as we enjoyed there for 2 days. we had opted for in room dining at 1am and the meals were excellent. the chicken dish was simply amazing. the services were excellent through out the stay and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. the only drawback was of the room size was not same as what we expected while booking.

The room size as shown in booking.com was not matching the actual standards. it was a bit smaller for 2 adults, 1 kid and 1 infant. But overall I have no complains from the hotel. the staff was simply amazing. Only thing is that they should also open a restaurant for ala carte for those who wish not to dine in the room. the only restaurant offered buffet in the evenings which everyone will not prefer.

From the moment we drove up to the entrance. The security measures made us feel safe, and the hospitality of staff and concierge service and assistance in general was all exemplary. The food was buffet style with a wide range of dishes that were local and international delicacies. Cleanliness of the rooms, hotel and restaurant was 10/10. We chose the Hyatt because of its short distance from Amritsar Airport and Harmandir Sahib. We were so impressed with all aspects of Hyatt, Amritsar that we booked the same for our last night before returning to the UK. We will definitely be booking Hyatt when visiting Amritsar again.

I llllove SPA in this Hyatt Hotel. Therapists Youdon and Karma are excellent. Their hands literally restored my wellbeing. Heartily recommend

After first night I decided to prolong my stay for one more night. I made it as were advised - through Hyatt reservation center. Then I additionally confirmed my stay with Receptionist. But later I was called twice to check out, so I had to explain that my booking was prolonged, and nevertheless I was urged to visit Reception immediately to pay for the 1st night. That was uncomfortable situation, unexpected in the hotel of such level.

Excellent hospitality as always!! All staff members are extremely courteous and always had a smile on their face... Special mention of Miss Alifa, she treated my kids with sweet delights every time we returned back to the hotel after a tiring day. She is so really sincere and a hardworking girl. Even the security staff at the entrance is very courteous and always greated is with a big smile even on a cold chilling evening. Don't miss the amratsari chai and amratsari kulcha for breakfast

Good location, next to a mall with many shops and plenty of food options and also a couple of bars. Easy access to Golden temple...twice daily shuttle bus available. Easy to get uber or tuk tuk to places of interest. Polite and well trained staff. Excellent breakfast spread. Professional behaviour demonstrated at all times

The prices in the bar are uncompetitive when compared to the Mall which is literally steps away. It means that many people go out leaving a poor atmosphere in the hotel bar ( our experience)

We loved everything. The breakfast spread was lovely with fresh food and a wide variety of options available. The room had comfortable beds and was utterly clean with a good view of the city. The location is the USP of this property considering it is sharing the wall with Mall of Amritsar (AlphaOne Mall) making it the best choice. Also loved its pool area. Most of our time was spent there only.

The only thing we managed with was the room size. Though it was a comfortable size for two adults but with a 5 star property and a premium room the space seemed a slight less. However this will not stop us from coming here again. This was our third stay in this property in the past 2 years.

This is our 7th visit to the Hyatt Amritsar - we eat here and sleep here comfortably as we are on holiday! Firstly, the room was comfortable, and as always the food was excellent and we wish to sincerely thank, Anup Kanwar. Anup has always been there for us and provided an excellent service and informs his staff that we are regulars at this hotel. He always takes time to talk to us which makes our time more personal. Chefs Kishor Kumar Jha and there was another from Varanasi (sorry cannot remember his name) made sure our food was to our requirements. Special thanks to Suraj, who always went out of his way to help us and most importantly we wish to thank all the Restaurant staff for your kindness and hospitality. Thank-you to Sukhmanak at the front desk. And a big thank-you to the front security staff. See you soon!

The toilet would not flush properly in the room and the water would be running all night. The hotel itself is 'tired' and needs a revamp. It's such a good hotel and in an excellent location but it just needs that little bit of work/tlc to make it more welcoming.

The staff at Hyatt Regency Amritsar were very kind, polite and helpful. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent. The Travel Advisor who booked the taxi for the day of touring was extremely helpful and very nice. Housekeeping services were excellent. Staff from each department were outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Will definitely stay here again. And I highly recommended The Hyatt Regency Amritsar India.

Nothing negative to say at all. Everything was excellent and outstanding service. Always willing to help, extremely courteous. Never felt so impressed by a hotel before. Everything goes beyond excellence at The Hyatt Regency Amritsar.
