The view of the sea was amazing and the beach was clean The hotel itself is clean and grand for one that has been around for 30 years. The family seaview 2 bedroom room was beautiful and perfect for our family of 5. Lots of shops around the hotel, so convenience is a plus point. The breakfast spread was a thumbs up.

Nothing much. If I was being picky, it would be that the spa staff did not call me back - I had gone down to see if there were any slots available for a treatment/massage, and the therapists were busy at the time, I left my contact details. But no one called me back. I guess they must have been pretty busy. No biggie though.

It was a holiday to celebrate my husband's birthday. The hotel took the effort to prepare a strawberry cake for my husband as he prefers fruit cake. The hotel didn't have strawberry or fruit cake on its menu initially. They also provided free cupcakes for his birthday. The swimming pool and play area were nice and hotel was so near the beach.

I saw at least two dead cockcroaches - one along the corridor of hotel rooms and another at dining area.

Beautifully curated beach holiday place. Amazing garden, we are relaxed, refresh & happy!

Lack of staff at cinnamon restaurant in the evening. We have to get up from the table to request the staff to refill our drinks and ask for the bill. In the morning when we came down for breakfast I saw the same staff who work at night continue serving the customer. I feel sorry for them. Park royal management should treat their staff better.

The pool is amazing, it’s not very big but it’s managed so well and nicely that you feel like in a beautiful oasis! Also the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, special thanks to Fauzi who was trying his best to keep us entertained🙏

We didn’t like the ocean water, it’s quite dirty and smelly, the beach looks gorgeous, but we swim only once because on the second day we found out that next to the resort’s beach there’s a canal with really smelly and dirty water from the river which is poured into the ocean 😢

Everything is good. The sea view is beautiful. Room is good and clean.

A male staff at the breakfast cafe was quite rude to us. We only informed him that the coffees were sent to wrong table. But then he responded, 'kalau salah, maknanya you duduk dekat meja yg salah la". Fyi, we are at our assigned table just fine.

The resort was beautiful, heaps of activities for the kids, housekeeping was great, Monu took great care of out room. Gowry was great at check in, and recommended a bunch of places to go to to get essentials since the airline lost our luggage for the first 24 hours or our trip. The pools were nice, kids loved the splash park and kids club! Breakfast was good

The restaurant service at lunch and dinner was very slow. At the Italian restaurant Gustoso, it took them 12 minutes to attend to us, and get us a table then another 15 minutes to get us menu’s then we wer told food would take 40 minutes to be served. We just left and didn’t have dinner there. Location wise it was a bit far away from the city where all the attractions were

Facilities - 2 pools, one with 2 slides. Have bicycles, in front of beach, lots of lounge chairs, nice swing Location - nearby good restaurants and shops The bellboy, pool staff and frontdesk during check out are nice and makes you feel welcomed

The frontdesk staff during check in wasn't welcoming, thought only me but when talked to other guests we shared the same experience ><. Also during peak, maybe you should add more staff in Cinnamon to clear tables, and coffee machine need to be serviced or maintained The sink in the room not so clean, not all things are replenished after housekeeping is done.

The room- it's spacious and clean. Really liked the day bed; my son enjoyed practising his rolling on the bed. Baby cot was already placed in our room upon arrival. Good water pressure for shower. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Toothbrush was delivered upon request.

The swing was blocked for entry. Can't take photos on the swing. We didn't manage to get our welcome drinks. Were told can get it anytime later and we left it till the last day when we were going to check out and was told only available after 12pm. We didn't get tea in the room on our 1st day, only coffee.
