Literally everything was amazing. The bed was sooo comfortable. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The place smells amazing. The bathroom was beautiful and clean and always had really good water pressure and hot water. It is impossible to have a more central location! You can walk everywhere from the hotel. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Just everything was amazing. They had the availability to allow me to check in early and check out late at no extra cost! Can’t guarantee that for you as it’s based on availability. The laundry service was wonderful. They came and took my clothes and less than 10 hours later they were folded and waiting in my room for me!

This hotel is extraordinary. Small and intimate yet large enough to provide all the high end amenities. Beautiful location in the heart of Lviv. Fine dining in hotel and nearby. Extremely helpful and attentive staff. Exemplary demonstration of legendary Ukrainian hospitality. Property is very fresh and very new. High marks to Best Western for investing in Ukraine during war time. Not taken for granted by this international traveler and speaks volumes for its corporate decision-making.

Needed 24hour access to the cappuccino maker. I work when I travel at odd international hours and need fresh coffee at odd hours. Literally the only thing that wasn't perfect.

The hotel is new with clear indications of the location of rooms, exits, etc. The location is fantastic, right on the Market Square. Isolation is also great, you don’t hear anything. The staff is very attentive, so far the best service I have ever got! The response time from the hotel via Booking.com was extremely fast. I asked to iron the dress for me in the morning before the check-in (also left my luggage in their storage room) and it was already hanging in the room together with my suitcases when I got my key to the room! The service in general was fabulous!

I have nothing to say here as everything was spectacular!

The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating from the beginning. They promptly provided us with another room as we were not satisfied with the first one. It was my birthday, and they surprised us with a small cake; a 'Happy Birthday' was also sung. It was just wonderful!! We liked the interior and tasteful decor the most. It should also be mentioned that the hotel is located in the pedestrian zone and therefore in the center of Lviv, making everything easily accessible on foot.

Everything was fine!

The room was exceptionally quiet even though overlooking a pub in the main square. The staff were friendly, helpful and patient. As the hotel is located in the pedestrian area, it's not always easy to find your taxi. So the staff called a taxi for me, then walked me to the pick-up point and helped with the luggage. I loved the options and quality of breakfast, too. The options included a range of porridges including one made of linen seeds, a selection of egg dishes, e.g. salmon and poached eggs on toast and the like. The dishes looked and tasted like in a fine restaurant rather than a breakfast buffet.

A nice and comfortable hotel in the very heart of Lviv. The hotel is located just around the corner from central Market Square. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable - the rooms were comfy, and the service was very good. All touristic attractions are very close

I did not really like their concept for the breakfast, it is too expensive considering the options you're being offered. You could have a much better option and variety in many cafes nearby

The hotel is really lovely. It has everything you need, the staff is helpful and friendly. I am amazed by the high standards and quality that they have considering the situation of the country and that's proving once more the Ukrainian spirits! The location is also perfect, in the center and close to everything. We can't hear the noise from the streets, which is also a plus. I can't wait to come back, hopefully soon enough! I highly recommend staying there while visiting Lviv! Thank you to everyone!

Nothing bad to say about this place!

Very good location and the hotel is in top shape. They have a restaurant and good shelter facilities. The staff is friendly, and have obviously gone through the American hospitality course - with almost too many questions if everything is all right or if they can do something more. But rather this than the opposite - the staff is very friendly and forthcoming without being intrusive.

It is quite expensive compared to similar hotels in the area. But it is also very well renovated and maintained - you get what you pay for.

Absolutely lovely hotel! the bed was fantastic, They have a pillow menu too! I can’t say enough about the the staff, they went above and beyond, they helped with train tickets and made everything so easy. 5 stars. I’ve not seen this level of service since my last visit to a Ritz Carlton. Well done to the front desk staff, thank to the lovely housekeepers. I hope the hotel manager gives my regards and thanks. I had to leave

The location is fantastic, you are literally a few steps from the main square. I had no noise issues, but there’s a curfew from midnight at the moment because of the war. Room very comfortable. The staff are excellent, very helpful. The shelter is in the basement restaurant so you can make tea. I didn’t have breakfast there, there are lots of cafes nearby, Bar Mushly has good breakfast specials. People in Lviv were so lovely and even with all the challenges of wartime everything is clean and functioning well.
