Staff are really friendly and helpful.

The facility is old and everything is about to fall apart. They always have some events going on on the lakeside which will make it so noisy!

I was intown for Beyond Wonderland and was unfortunately over booked at the original hotel booked for my trip. Lake Arrowhead was a last minute booking & i have no regrets. The drive to the hotel was a trip with an breathtaking view. It was an absolute amazing stay, the room had a beautiful view of the Lake and the staff was professional. I will definitely be returning for an extended stay.

Everything was amazing. Parking was a hassle but it was due to the pile of snow.

The place is in a great location. We were on the second floor and there was a lot of overhead noise, creaking floors. However, the restaurant was fantastic. We only went once for our last night dinner without having to walk or drive. We loved the quiet beach area, which other facilities do not provide. That's a huge plus as it's a private lake and no beaches are available at off site accomodations. The village is close so you can grab a pizza or have dinner and music at the restaurants there. There is also a Stater Bros there. The people were on point. We are planning on going again next year in early fall. Worth it.

Needs outside maintenance, but it is being addressed.

It was beautiful and welcoming. The staff was great. Especially Rob at the front desk. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He gave us a bunch of tips and overall had a welcoming and cool personality. Andy at the bar in Bin 189, was very pleasant and fun. He was also very knowledgeable in his craft. Highly recommend.

The phone and air-conditioning in the room didn't work/had problems but they were resolved immediately.

The food was just ok. We would have eaten every meal at the place. Also we believe the liquor in some of the bottles was washed down or the wrong liquor was in the bottles. We are planning on coming back soon and I hope the correct liquor is in the bottles. That is a big fine with the ABC. Outside our window of our room was a deck that had alot of cobwebs and spiders. And the grass was a dogs bathroom. When we opened the curtain 2 time a person was standing out side the deck with the dogs pooping.

The view from out room was the dog poop area and the parking lot.

Very nice property. Needs so.e outside paint and reapir. Lobby and rooms were very nice. The employees were all very nice that we encountered.

Nothing to do with the hotel: To many kids and to loud to go to the pool or hot tub. Even at 9:30 at night.

Some of the staff seemed put out by have to take the time to talk to us. One guy in particular was rude when we asked if he could check on something and took a long time to do it as if we were wasting his time, I believe another employee said something to him and he changed his attitude a bit.

Breakfast was good the venue is superb. Spectacular views and relaxing setting. A great escape from the rat race of the city below. Accommodations and amenities make your visit enjoyable. This is my 36th annual visit.

Bathroom had a few ants crawling around. A few cobwebs in the bedroom portion of the room. Balcony not very tidy.

We had a balcony room, lake view which was nice. The shower was excellent. The front desk receptionist was very nice and professional. The location makes up for a lot.

Almost all of the electrical outlets didn't work or were very loose. The room needed a refresh--stained carpet, peeling wallpaper, saggy couch.

The best friendly staff. Very good with meeting our needs.. made sure we were comfortable in our room after we asked to be moved.. thanks to management and all staff members and cleaning staff. 🤙

Bathroom shower could use a little touch up on caulking. Toilet paper holder could be a little sturdier.. . Missing 2 waters on our second stay after checking out and checking in to another room for another night..
