Like-new facility. In fact, some parts are still under construction, although the work was not noticeable during our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Many restaurants are nearby, including a large casino with excellent food and facilities.

No breakfast was served. Pre-wrapped muffins a snack bar, canned orange juice and whole fruit were provided. Only hotel, out of five, in our two week trip that did not serve a diverse hot breakfast.

My flight into LasVegas was delayed over 1.0 hr and I called the front desk ahead to let them know of the arrival delay. The beautiful front desk clerk took EXCELLENT care of me upon my arrival, after I had to take an UBER, because the rental car location had closed. I LOVED that she had me all ready to just take my key and go right up to my room. EXCELLENCE at its best.

I booked and paid with booking.com and it include a $12.95 breakfast, that I did not get!

Rooms are nice, way better than what you get on the strip. Gym is open 24 hours. Pool is cleaned daily. Fridge, microwave and coffee machine are very helpful. Right around the corner from grocery, liquor store and Barnes and Noble.

I could hear kids bouncing off the walls upstairs. Curtains are not great blackout curtains. lots of light coming in around the edges.

The hotel housekeeping staff was helpful, the hotel was clean and everything worked well. My only critique is one front desk clerk was rude and unhelpful, she refused to help us get a room close to our children and refused to let our friends get a late check out, even though moments ago another desk clerk allowed us to.

the lady that checked us in was the absolute best we had ever had. I wish I could remember her name because I would give her 10 stars. She made it stay very pleasant and was very informative.

the heating elements not user friendly or functioning properly. it was extremely cold and the blower would not stop. extremely uncomfortable.

this place truly understands ADA accessibility. we stayed in an accessible room and it was amazing. lots of room to move around great roll in shower. awesome place if you need an accessible room.

Nice facilities and big room. The bed was comfy and the room had everything we needed (coffee machine, mini fridge).

The staff was not friendly at all. The location is a bit off from the fun in Vegas, but only a 10min drive away.

Newly renovated rooms that are super nice & the bed/bedding very comfortable.

The air conditioner was extremely loud & the water never got hot. Also., they took out the room rate before I checked in. Who does that! I've used booking.com for over 5 years and no other hotel has EVER done that. It was not a deposit either.

Large and quiet room. Really good water pressure and temperature.

Currently a remodel is going on, but that didn't really cause any problems. I look forward to seeing the finished product.
