Exceptionally good in every aspect! Starting with the lady at the check-in - such a warm, friendly welcome raises expectations for the rest of the stay. Which the hotel kept exceeding, day after day. The room seemed quite dark upon entering - but after a few minutes you start to notice the concept behind it all: The room lets you wind down and relax. The kids were happy with their bunk beds, we were more than happy with our main bed and the bedside lamps ( incl. adjustable reading lights and enough sockets, some even with USB charging sockets) On the "downside": The room was quite hot. On the "upside": no noisy airconditioning, but a fan to bring in the cooler air from outside. Keep the window tilted and the curtains closed at night and the noise from the highway is hardly noticeable. Breakfast here is simply unbelievable! I've seen quite a few hotels over the last 20+ years - and some of them came close, but this has been the best breakfast buffet I have enjoyed ever! Hotelmanager Jeroen gets bonus points - not only for sharing the same first name with me- but also because of his willingness to go out of his way to make our stay as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. Everybody seems to be dedicated to provide the best experience possible - and it sure shows off.

Jeroen and his co-workers raised the bar exceptionally high for future stays in other hotels, Disappointments will probably be unavoidable - for which we can hardly blame anybody else but Scandic Hotels in Glostrup. So, if my future reviews aren't as positive anymore: Blame Jeroen and his crew!

The hotel interior was very nice and clean. The bathroom was nicely presented and clean. The bedroom was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy. Breakfast was very nice.

There were no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. I would expect this in any hotel room, and I was surprised when there was none there. Maybe I should have asked.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room very clean and neat. Feels very new. Breakfast was the same everyday but delicious. Toilet well ventilated and the floors had heating. Huge TV that was very enjoyable. Bed is awesome. Super comfy. Definitely would stay again.

Water pressure lower than I would have liked, but sufficient for use. Coffee machine in the room abit hard to use. Personal safe in the room was slightly faulty.

Breakfast was complete, but after a week stay little boring and basic. Often food ran out or there was no milk in the coffee machine. Location was 4 zones off from Copenhagen Center. Takes 40 to 1 hour to be in Copenhagen. The hotel does not have a shuttle to hop on to bring you to the train station. You need to take the local bus and go to Glostrup Station or Frederiksberg direction to reach Copenhagen.

The room was perfect and was clean. We stayed with my family (2 kids and 2 adults) Bathroom was also ok and had a nice shower. Glostrup is just outside Copenhagen but within 15 minutes you are in Copenhagen. Breakfast was very good.

Although we had a ventilator Inside the room. It was sometimes very hot but we stayed their only in the evenings and the nights.

I booked the room very late around midnight, urgently looking for a safe play to stay since I had misjudged the distance to Rodby/Puttgarden. I knew that this hotel was open 24h but I still very much appreciated receiving a little welcoming message from Giuseppe, the receptionist on duty, at this hour. Great clean hotel, easy parking and fantastic breakfast. I had a really good night's sleep.

Service was particularly good. Room great. Location out of the city centre meant free parking and the hotel was really close to great public transport. Food in the restaurant was excellent.

Great breakfast (included), free parking, close vicinity to both city centre of Copenhagen as well as Roskilde.

We booked a family room and it was alright but really, really small. There was no airco and hardly no other way to cool down the room. Pillows could also be better but that might just be me :-)

Helpful staff at the reception. Good breakfast. Free parking. There's a supermarket (Netto) nearby. Clean and quiet room.

Quite far away from Copenhagen city center either by car or by public trnsport. It was quite hot in the room, but the electric fan helps cool down a bit.

The day after our first night our room was not made and we had to ask to have it made for the next day. Apparently one have to say in advance in reception that they want to have their rooms made? Quite the opposite than everywhere else
