Atmosphere, location and facilities are really nice. It seems like a well-preserved old hotel, but with all and maybe more facilities you need. Staff also very friendly with english knowledge. Free coffee is available in the reception lobby, while most of the room booking include breakfast. The breakfast itself also contains all things it should. Overall very satisfied.

Perhaps the beds, as they are spring beds, which is not a personal favorite. The bathroom, although spacious and clean, it really needs some renovation. Hair dryer available, after requesting it in the reception.

The hotel is really close to the lake (we had a room with a lake view) and this is amazing! so beautiful and relaxing! The hotel is 5-minute walk from the train station, there is a pizza place and a kiosk right next to the hotel and few more places to eat not far away. The room is huge, with a balcony. Shower is OK. Breakfast and the restaurant facility is excellent. There is an option to leave the baggage in the front desk if you need.

The water in the front desk is really expensive, go 2 minutes to the kiosk nearby.

The place is really beautiful, the park next to a lake was perfect for a morning walk and the village is quite lovely. The breakfast was very good and the staff friendly. Practical location close to Rødby harbour.

We were travelling with a dog and probably the room was a pet room - it could have smelled fresher. The bathroom also had a weird smell. The room could be renovated. The extra beds in a family room are fine for small children, a bit small for teenagers. However for one night it was perfectly fine.

Beautiful place, the view was great! Great place to relax..without distractions and enjoy a totally restful holiday

I had read "Sauna" and "Dart" but when we went to have some fun inside the hotel the sauna was out of service and there were no dart just a pool table. All good and beautiful but I would suggest a little more entertainment as the village is rather small and there is not much to do around. In any case as relaxation and cleaning nothing to say!

The staff was friendly and the hotel clean and well situated I Maribo. Comfortable room.

The breakfast buffet was chaotic and did not feel entirely safe and controlled in these COVID-19 times. Good food and good initiatives with gloves and disinfectant gel, but everyone stood close to one another and there were no arrows showing which way to go to avoid bumping into each other the whole time

The housekeeper has to take care of the visitor's items. I was somehow stressed up when I came into my room, and some of my things in the bedroom were thrown away. Our bed was removed. We have to go to the reception for a new bed. Unfortunately, the new bed was not a nice one, and my daughter didn't sleep well that night. We ask for it to be replaced again.

Brulliant hotel. right next to the Maribo Lake and beautiful nature, peace, and the small village city center. Nice space room, great bathroom, balcony in my room, clean. lovly bed and table for work. Hairdyrer and shampoo in the room. Great sercvice renting vry spacy meeting room with all technical I needed for my work. train station 5 minutes walk away - train every 30 minutes - one change to get to Copenhagen within 2 hours.

Only very few TV channels and the TV did not really work well in my room, so bring TV on your computer.

Central and location in the middle of the city but also with a large terrace directly by the sea. Quite large parking area. Not sure if it was only for hotel guests but many parking spaces available. No unnescessary daily clearing of the room, only cleaned if explicitly requested. Hand desinfection was provided both in the room and in public areas.

Too crowdy at the breakfast buffet (as often in large hotells). The buffet area could have been spread out more to provide better distance between the guests.

Very friendly and welcoming staff on check in and check out. Very nice location opposite the lake. Room had plenty of room and all the necessities. Lively atmosphere with plenty of family and kids playing around. Free coffee machine with plenty of options and also free mini desserts provided daily by the reception. Breakfast was good too. There's an Aldi and Lidl nearby as well as a nice Chinese restaurant/take-away with nice vegetarian options.

Lighting in the room was a bit dim. There were multiple lamps in the room but not convenient for lighting the whole room. A little awkward that there's a switch at the head of the bed which you can accidentally push if you tend to move up the bed a lot. The two beds that were joined together to make a double bed were a bit troublesome for us as a couple as they would easily move apart if we moved too much.

I would definitely recommend to book a room with lakeview... so peaceful to sit at night on your small balcony and look out over the water Breakfast has a good range of products, also very local stuff Large free parking area in front of the hotel with spaceous parking Insider Tip : The Thai restaurant in the same street with topreviews on tripadvisor is very much worth to be visited
