The hotel has amazing interiors and really gives a “hygge” feeling. The room was really spacious for 2 people and the floor-to-ceiling windows bring in a lot of light and nice views (6th floor). The bathroom was also really nice with really good smelling products smell. The breakfast is unfortunately not in the room price but has good selection (although little for the price) and gluten free bread (I’m celiac). The staff was extremely kind and even let us put our bikes in their storage room.

Not interacting with any member of staff - a room key code is sent by SMS, check out is done via the internet. The number pad on the room door for entering the code is very small and dark, it was difficult for me to enter the code, even when wearing glasses and using a torch. Without glasses and a torch it would be absolutely impossible - fortunately the hotel does offer to provide a physical room key card, if necessary. Parking is potentially problematic if Viborg is hosting a football match - the stadium is across the street.

All in all a really nice stay. Was in Viborg for the West Ham game & felt incredibly welcome in the town & especially liked the hotels idea to lay on a musician pre game who played "Bubbles" on request. Beds were comfy, cracking view from the roof top, breakfast had an excellent selection. Would recommend.

Very minor point but as a brand new hotel, there were little areas of the property which I'd imagine will be finished off over the winter months. For example, the rooftop on floor 11 could only be accessed by climbing stairs from Level 8 as it appears Floors 9/10 were incomplete. That in turn got a weird situation with the lifts because you could only get onto your own floor with a room card so had to walk back down to my floor (3).

Only a 5 minute walk from the VIA and a 10 minute walk from the town centre. - Staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. - Breakfast was a great spread with lots of variety for hot and continental. Was more than enough food to go around! - For anyone thinking of driving, there's plenty of free onsite parking (with an underground carpark for overflow). - Best part was the rooftop balcony that had stunning views of Viborg. Genuinely just an amazing place to sit, at any time of the day, and enjoy the view. Highly recommend.

Staff were amazing and really helpful, the location was really good and just a short walk into town. The bed was very comfortable and we had really good sleep the 2 nights we were there

The room was stuffy and the air conditioning only seemed to go down by 3 degrees. We would have expected to have tea - coffee and a kettle in the room.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. Room was spacious, we had a studio which came with a small kitchen area. Bowls, plates, cutlery and cups were provided but no drinking glasses other than the ones in the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and as as we were travelling with a bike there was plenty of room to accommodate all our luggage. Breakfast was good but they can't do anything beyond the buffet. I asked for porridge which was not possible so resorted to using the microwave to make instant porridge which I then took into the restaurant for fruit, honey etc. Location for getting to the centre of Viborg was excellent. Lots of free parking as well.

Beware the night club/bar to the rear of the hotel! It's very noisy Thurs-Saturday. On the Thursday night we had thumping music until 5.00 am and very loud singing(?)/shouting at 3.00 am. The hotel will supply ear plugs but it appears to be a regular problem. If you want a quiet room then ask for one on the other side of the hotel away from the night club.

We were amazed. From the moment we arrived, and got a room on the top floor with an amazing view to find a hand-written card saying they hoped we would enjoy our free upgrade. We did very much. The studio was perfect. Quiet, comfortable, with a wonderful bath room and an amazing high ceiling. Whoever designed it expertly combined style, comfort, and practicality. To top it off, the staff was wonderful. They manage to convey a relaxed-no-worries vibe, even when I forgot to give my room number and walked out of the lobby without paying for my beer.

Not a single complaint.

If your room is placed out towards the parking lot, you might be bothered by the music from the Beer bar across the street. It's open from Thursday-Saturday, and I had trouble sleeping through the loud music.

The only reason it didnt meet my expectations is that they don't actually have a restaurant...there is one which is separate but it appears it isn't open every day. They do have a snack bar with limited sandwiches

Quiet, even though it was full. The breakfast is really rich with everything very very very good. Convenient parking. Absolute cleanliness and discreet and efficient service. The location is excellent and allows you to reach the center in 10 minutes by foot

On the sides of the bed there is little support surface. A wardrobe would be handy. But these are details: overall a great accommodation.
