First mornings breakfast was excellent. By the nest day the staff seemed a little off. I had forgotten to order black pudding as I had previous, but was told it was not possible for me to have as they had already brought my plate, but they were still giving it to other people. I don’t see why they couldn’t put a piece on my plate.

Staff put extra drink on my bill in the evening.

Staff was wonderful, location is great and the pool deck is lovely.

The food quality was less than desired for the prices that are charged. Breakfast "sausage" was cut up chicken hot dogs.

Service to our room in the end. Room we were very happy with. Dinner and breakfast very happy with service and staff. Stay was to celebrate our Anniversary.

Waiting time before our room was ready. Update could have been more proactive rather than me going to reception to check then double check update. Evening entertainment in house would have been a bonus.

Great time at this hotel for a trade mission. We had a fantastic service for dinner. No time to enjoy the pool but the see side is great . Noisy sometimes but still very enjoyable to see the Caribbean Sea from the room. Otherwise the room is big and very nice.

Breakfast could be improve and service was not fast at all in the morning. When you are in a rush this is enoying.

The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The pool and spa (although a little too warm) was awesome. The staff was very attentive and extremely friendly. I had two small maintenance problems and those were fixed immediately. The dive shop is great and easy to work with. Brad and Fran do a great job. They use Dive Dominica for the boats and crew, so each morning they bring the boat over to the FY pier.

The restaurant has staff training issues in my perception. I'm used to "island time service", but sometimes they completely forgot about an order. I ate in town a bunch to support the local economy. That being said the hotel restaurant has the best quality food in my opinion and I met the food and beverage manager Vasudevan and he is very engaged and attentive.

Rooms were great. Spacious, good AC, nice balcony. Located right in downtown and close to the ferry dock. Security keeps the local ticks off the property.

Early check in was difficult despite there being multiple vacancies (I was there off-season. Restaurant was terrible in terms of quality and service. Took forever. Worst pizza I ever had and I’ve tried pizza in over 70 countries.

The property was impeccable and the staff were kind and professional. The room was absolutely beautiful and massive with an amazing sea view. The pool area was pristine and enjoyable with a nice bar that offers great cocktails and snacks. Also, the hotel is very close to the city centre and the ferry terminal. Overall, this hotel is simply perfect if you want a sophisticated hotel that is close to everything that Roseau can offer. I highly recommend it.

The bathroom needs renovating and its being open is not ideal, especially when guests are not a couple.

Reception staff are very helpful. Restaurant staff need more training on how to deal with customers, except Kaelen, she was amazing and knew how to deal with customer (should be Restaurant manager). Food was good, rooms were clean.

Location, location, location! Waking up to the ocean every day was phenomenal. You can’t beat the views for the price. This property is perfect for the water enthusiast like me. Being able to roll out of bed for a snorkeling trip was heaven. Last but not least, the staff. From the front desk to the restaurant wait staff and even the boat captains and dive master people were kind, gracious and so very helpful.

The property was undergoing some construction and they started early during the week. If you are the type to sleep in and enjoy a lot of quiet time at the hotel I could see that being bothersome as it could be heard very easily.

The location was great-right on the waterfront. I felt that the meals were pricy but they were tasty

The cost of the meals, the doors to the rooms slammed all the time so it was difficult to have any real quiet during the day because they echoed in the tiled hallways. Wish they had had a cultural local craft gift shop besides the scuba shop and the Emeralds International shop(didn't bother)
