The location Comfort Customer Service

It is unacceptable to have a hotel of this standing, yet not be able to have a tea or coffee in the bar /lobby area because of the all of the mosquitoes especially in the evening. My guests had to leave due to the lack of comfort and assault of the mosquitoes. Unacceptable!

Everything was perfect from the front desk and their welcome team (warm, smile, patient, ready to help) to the bedroom (clean, comfy bed that exceeded my expectations, perfect water pressure out of the faucets).

The less enjoyable part of the stay was the breakfast : we need hot coffee, a variety of coffees, and a range of different choices when it comes to milk, coffee creams etc... The fruits can be more fresh than what was served. They were mushy and at room temperature rather than being firm and fridge kind of fresh ;) Other than that I will come back again!!!!

Very comfortable, very clean, excellent staff, reassuringly secure, good wifi, plenty of in-room bottled water replenished daily, nicely appointed, and superb location right on the Congo River. Outstanding breakfast, helpful concierge, and internal ATM with both local and US currency and supporting multiple languages.

The core evening restaurant by the pool was outdoors or open to the air and that meant mosquito repellent. No surprise, but an extra step. That said, the menu was extensive, the food was excellent, and the staff was very responsive in several languages. The restaurant was not cheap, but the ingredients were fresh and well-prepared.

The breakfast was so so. Less impressive that the rest of the hotel. Not of the quality you expect of an hotel of such category.Anyhow he gets a vote of sufficiency

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and bathroom, plenty of toiletries. Beautiful views of the Fleuve and city.

Staff could be slow to come to the room once called upon, sometimes we had to call twice or thrice before anyone came to our room to help or serve us. More options for fruits and vegetables as not all customers eat meat/poultry or fish - these options need to be increased as it was lacking.

Everything apart from paying cash on every purchase instead of charging to the room & the free breakfast charged if you order room service.

Charging breakfast for sheer reason of ordering it to the room. Ought to remain free as is factored in when booking.

Very good hotel in Kinshasa...nice sized rooms, showers with good amenities and customer service.
