The luxurious feel of the place, the level of service provided by the staff, the great bed, the overall experience was top-notch. We stayed just one day in Otavalo, but in that short period of time they really impressed us with the professionality.

Nothing really. The restaurant was great aswell, so this is where we had dinner. Which was lovely. There where not that many other restaurants around, certainly not that can match the standard of this hotel. So if the only negative thing to think of would be that you dont have other nice bars around that are easy to find.

Breakfast was very good, particularly the freshly squeezed orange juice and the cheese scones. Our room was beautiful, the bed very comfy and the shower was excellent. The hotel is full of art and is stunning. Location is very central (5 minutes walk to the Plaza de Ponchos) and buses stop outside. Alexander on Reception was particularly helpful.

The dining room is cold in the evening! There are patio heaters but not enough. Christmas Eve dinner was a little disappointing although the live music was beautiful.

This hotel was simply sublime. The best part were the fantastic staff, all of whom were exceptional. Turn down service was a lovely surprise. This is a converted old building, so there are aspects which couldn't be changed, such a slightly smaller room, but we loved it. Bathroom was fantastic and snacks were welcome too.

It was a very clean, very beautiful and the staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help out with any requests.

We had been traveling for a few weeks and had purchased a few items. I might have said yes if the opportunity came up for an upgrade so that we would have had more space. Just a suggestion, not a criticism.

The service of all the hotels I stayed in Ecuador, this was by far the most professional and dedicated service I have seen. The attention for details were excellent, the cocktails amazing especially the custom cocktails were spot on. The food a real recommendation, the English level is excellent.

The courtyard was amazing, filled with beautiful art, windows, arches. There was a rooftop bar with a view. The rooms were very comfortable. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and both were very good.

Friendly staff and extremely helpful. Entire hotel has a great vibe with modern decor. It was nice having a personalized welcome. Felt as if we were in a colorful art museum.

Somewhat noisy due to a party that ended around 11 pm.

This hotel is as close to perfect as you can get. The staff were simply magnificent from Manager to Handyman. The historic building, the artwork and the rooms are exquisite. The food is the best we have experienced after 3 weeks travelling through Ecuador.
