Great and well equipped suites with very nice view. Some of the staff were so professional. They allow me to do early check in at 10 am. The helped me with weighting my bags before leaving and helped me to find the right terminal and hall of my flight.

Some of the recipients were not friendly. I asked one of them about the reason why they’re taking a copy of my passport, instead of explaining why he was rude till the manager come and handled this. Also there is no doctor in there, my brother was sick and they offer me doctor for 1000 EG!

front desk. they are very unfriendly. they never smile, never greet guests or even replay greeting, they don’t explain the bill and are not welcoming when I asked for a statement. actually they tried to charge me on arrival without even telling me how much they are charging on my card! look at comments and you’ll also notice others are complaining of this. it might be a management issue.

The Staff is nice from all teams (valet, reception, concierge, room service) and helpful. The cleanliness level is great compared to Egypt. and good compared to the international level.

Tourism Police attitude and the need to get a security check every time you get in and out as if we are in the airport. Extra Security is always good, but the guest shouldn't feel their exitance that much. You can't park the car on your own, you should give it to the valet every time. Some other guests -from certain countries- were making noise (Music and late time parties) that you can hear from the other rooms. and it took a while for the hotel management to make them lower the sounds they were making.

From the very moment I arrived at the hotel I was treated like royalty. I was given a truly personalised, VIP introduction and welcome to the hotel by the courteous, exceptionally professional staff who simply could not do enough for me. To my delight my suite was was upgraded to a Nile-facing one and the view was utterly jaw-dropping. Every member of staff I encountered, from management, security, front desk, bar staff and particularly Mohammed, the Scores bar manager, were truly wonderful and I was made to feel like the most important customer they had ever had. The breakfast was absolutely superb. I was unexpectedly upgraded to having a breakfast by the wonderful hotel staff (having booked my stay without breakfast). The range of options available was exceptional catering for every permutation of dietary needs and references. I was accommodated in a large dining room with absolutely no fuss and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. One of the best breakfast experiences I have ever had in a hotel. A truly blissful experience, and in my opinion, any othe hotel in Cairo would hard pressed to provide a better service than this hotel provided for me.

Amazing views over the Nile towards plateau of saqqara. Spacious room. Very good amenities. Super clean. Good food. Staff in Score (sports bar) were excellent - helpful and attentive. Tour arranged by hotel to Giza was good.

Evening dining options were too limited. Pool restaurant was not available for both nights - one of which was booked for private party. Was one of the reasons for booking. Ended up in sports bar with thumping house music and people smoking. Confusing front of house service - too many people - unclear who was doing what. but friendly and helpful staff overall.

The hotel is exceptional value for money considering the location. We stayed in a Nile view room and you could see the stepped pyramid, which was really cool! You can also see the great pyramids from the pool. The hotel is in a great location and it feels very safe. The food was great too and the bed was so comfortable. I would recommend this hotel if you were staying in Cairo.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The location was good.

Breakfast was very good but it was the same every day. It would have been nice if there were new hot breakfast items every day. Also, the restaurant did not offer much in terms of Mediterranean/Egyptian food. Some of the equipment in the gym needs to be replaced.

I believe it was greatly overpriced. The place is nice and comfortable, but absolutely overpriced. Breakfast was not so good

Amazing suite and facilities, full kitchen and amenities. Staff is super Helpful and friendly. Mohammad Dahshoury the concierge, Karin at the reception, Marwa set up for us transportation very quickly. Everyone did excellent job!

I reserved a 2 king suites on booking but unfortunately it was just a suite with nile view different than shat i have seen in the photos
