From the moment we arrived at this hotel, it was clear we were in for an extraordinary experience. The staff didn’t just meet our expectations—they soared far beyond them, delivering a level of service that was nothing short of exceptional. Every interaction felt personal, every need anticipated before we even knew we had it. It was as if they had a sixth sense for hospitality, turning what could have been an ordinary stay into something truly unforgettable. Cleanliness was the hotel’s silent, ever-present companion. From the instant we stepped through the doors to the moment we reluctantly checked out, it seemed as though a team of invisible caretakers were working around the clock to ensure everything was immaculate. We joked among ourselves that they must be cleaning 24/7 because no matter the hour—whether it was the break of dawn, the heat of midday, or the quiet of the night—there was always someone polishing, dusting, or tidying. It became our little running joke, and we couldn't help but admire the dedication that made the place feel perpetually fresh and pristine. And then, there was the location. Words scarcely do it justice. The view of the pyramids from every corner of the hotel was nothing short of breathtaking. No matter where we wandered within the property, the majestic pyramids stood as a constant, awe-inspiring backdrop, their ancient grandeur framed perfectly by the hotel’s elegant architecture. It was like living in a dream, surrounded by one of the world’s most iconic wonders in all its timeless splendor. In every sense, this hotel is not just a place to stay; it’s a destination in its own right, offering an experience that lingers in your memory long after you’ve departed.

We had a couple issues with the rooms, but the G.R (Motaz) was great at acknowledging and doing his best to fix the issues. He has a high class of customer service, and we went back for a couple of extra nights just because of him and how he treated us 🙏

The Rooms need small touches, they're not sound proof, and some of the rooms need new mattereses. The rest is all good.

The location of waking next to the pyramids was amazing! The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful. The bath tub overlooking the pyramids was very special as well.

It would be ideal if the balconies with the tub were on higher floors so that there would be more privacy and less traffic noise, but other than that it was great!

The breakfast was good Stuff was friendly The hotel is generally clean and comfortable The pyramids' view is amazing

Photos in booking are all for a pyramids' view but you've to pay attention during reservation that some rooms have a view to the back, they call it garden view !! When I arrived they asked for double of what I paid to change my reservation from a garden to a pyramids' view but I refused. The restaurant on the roof looks directly to the pyramids and that covered my needs during the breakfast especially with the delicious Egyptian meals.

Very friendly staff. Flexibility in check in and check out. perfect location within walking distance from the ticket booking office to the pyramids. Stunning views from the rooms and the rooftop, accessible to everyone even if you don’t have room view. Accessible local shops. Egyptian breakfast to a very good standard. We were two families myself, wife and kids from Australia and my nephew and nieces from Canada. 3 rooms booked and the above is based on the impression of all of us including kids.

Nothing really. I can’t think of anything else I wanted.

Overall, I really liked our stay at the Turquoise. From what we had heard, hotels in the Pyramids area were awful and Turquoise was really not like that. Although some tiny things need maintenance, facilities are pretty decent and the view is amazing!!! Definitely worth it staying there to wake up looking at the pyramids. Also, the hotel is located in a "better" area of Gize. Before staying there, I exchanged some messages with the hotel and the staff was extremely responsive and kind, just like during our stay! They clearly want to make us have a good time. The aircon worked well and staff was always available and happy to help. We also did not experience any kind of intimidation to buy tours from the hotel, which was nice compared to what we read about other hotels. Breakfast and food from the restaurant are also good.

We spotted some stains in towel and sheets, but they were definitely old stains and you could tell that they were actually clean.
