The staff was very friendly and cooperative. Make u feel like among your best friends. The room was quiet The location is superb many important landmarks u can reach them by walking alone. Alot of restaurants nearby.

No minibar fridge in the room. The breakfast was simple if they can improve it a pit,however the food tastes good.

The assistance from the personal working in this hotel is quite good. Located in the city center in the middle of chaotic Cairo. Not so close form the airport (depending of your arrival time expect massive traffic jams)

The hotel is in the 4th floor of an old building. The day we arrived the elevator was under maintenance but it worked fine for the next few days.

The hotel is on the 4th and 5th floor, the entrance to the building is actually in the small street Sekat Al Monakh. The reception and lobby room is currently being renovated and has two nice balconies. We had a calm room with quiet air condition, well working Wifi, three comfortable single beds. Although the whole building is somewhat run down, the hotel itself is decent and yes, the elevator ist working without problems.

There was some confusion on when breakfast ist served so we didn't get it, but this is no big problem. A shower curtain would be nice to avoid wetting the whole bathroom.

The service was amazing. Habiba and Ahmed were very friendly, supported us with everything and were always there for questions or a talk with a tea. Also the breakfast was nice. Overall the hotel feels like a place to come home in the middle of vibrant Downtown Caïro, and be warmly taken care of.

The bathroom was quite basic. It has everything you need but not the most luxury.

It was as clean as could be and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately our bathroom seemed to have some issues and it smelled of sewage. The windows had single pane glass and did not block any sound, the hotel was next to a very busy street where people are honking their horns from sunrise to midnight and was VERY noisy! Breakfast was not great.

The hotel stuff was very friendly and willing to help with everything we needed during the stay. The location of the hotel is good, all the sightseeing locations are within the walking distance (except the Pyramids and the Citadel). Rooms were clean and very basic. Beds are super comfortable. You can pay for your stay with a credit card or cash.

The alley where the hotel is located is a little bit creapy before you get adjusted to it. The building is very old (but the part of it where the hotel is located is completely renovated). The elevator is something you cannot see in Europe and it's a little bit scary at the first sight, but it's working. It's also very noisy, but I believe it's a general problem with Cairo because of the all traffic in the city.

bedding needs to be replaced all too small and towels are also ragged out .

Staff were extremely helpful , location is amazing at the down town area, building is old and authentic though its in good condition, breakfast wasn't bad though service is a bit slow, high ceiling remind you of old days, close to ATM as there are two banks infront of the building, easy reach and open to transportation. I recommend doing better finishing to the room, add some carpet.

The Facility is one of old building in cairo but in good condition, staff were helpful but service is almost awful, tried laundry and it was first delayed and then when its done it was badly ironed, when complained it was redone however missed one peace, at the end of my stay I got it 😕, house keeping wasn't done in three nights for different reasons;first night I didn't leave the room key, second night they forgot and third night I was leaving anyway, though I was one and rooms wasn't in bad shape.

The staff (Abdul) was so friendly and helpful..a day trip got cancelled and he arranged me another one within 5 minutes. The location was superb and in a local area and not a tourist trap area which I loved, with many restaurants and shops around and still not far away from all the attractions.

A bit noisy but what can you expect from being in the centre of Cairo, part of the fun 😀... The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but can't really complain as for the price it's perfect for me and a place to sleep after a busy day out exploring.

1. there are no supermarkets around 2. the breakfast: - was very small, simple - a boiled egg, a bread, a jam, halva, a peace of cheese and small peach with banana. As for grownup man it is not enough, consider buying something more if you have big plans for a day. - started from 8:30 (staff can prepare it for 8:00) but it’s still to late if you have business in the morning 3. very noisy outside, but it’s a problem of whole Cairo - everybody horns in their cars even at night. wooden windows don’t help at all
