Our rooms were clean and had tea and coffee making facilities. We had a balcony although not looking over the water but the roadside.. There was a good selection for breakfast. The staff in general were friendly. They opened the Italian restaurant specifically for us after we asked where it was situated in the hotel!!

When booking we understood there would be a bar, a pool, a sauna, spa etc but on arrival were told none of it was available and the bar was non alcoholic. I understand the pool being closed as it was winter months. Not all the restaurants advertised on the booking site were available. The rooms could have been better equipped with extras as we had to ask for extra blanket, toilet paper, a spoon. We were disappointed not having a view of the Canal as that was a main reason for visiting Ismailia.

I like the GOOD WELCOME from Mr. OSAMA in the front desk and for the management for letting us at 7 am with 340 EGP fee cause the fee also gave us extra breakfast for the check-in day , thanks OSAMA for the good welcome 🙏

The Marginal insects ( الهاموش ) in the breakfast sitting much on food and salads , plus the items are not for food and much about cold cuts and cheese but also not bad , also better to increase the items ,also there are some disturbing flies ( ذباب ) ، but really in total was not bad i score the breakfast 70% in total but had to care about the clean from all kind of files thats very very important for the health if compared to other 5 stars hotels , thank you very much for understanding and taking the efforts 👌

The facilities and the activities provided were varied and fun. There is the pool, a biliardo room, different restaurants and night live shows. The staff was very kind and available to any need. The room was clean and comfortable and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The room unfortunately had a subtle residue smell, probably from previous guests and needed more fresh air or deeper cleaning.

Tolip Forsan is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Egypt. The staff go out of their way to assist to your needs. The rooms are clean and serviced daily. The restaurants are exceptional and the food delicious. I strongly recommend staying at the Tolip Forsan in Ismailia.

the site and the view was extraordinary facing the lake , Suez Canal and the rest of Bar Lev defense line.. pool was nice also

didn’t like the fact they have to give a card to get beach towels ( no one at the front desk made us aware of that fact) the guy at the pool so rude asked to go back to the front desk and get the card , instead of calling them and delivering towels , that was extremely rude , front desk apologized but that was a fault play .. sorry I didn’t like waking under the sun to get that card!

Islam at Reception was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Also Mostafa from Gate security at the hotel was sooo helpful and we had car issues- Mostafa was a true gentleman and helped my Husband Malak to fix the car. Totally going out of his own way. Super man & thank you both so much. Thanks Malak & Michelle

Hotel a bit noisey but it was busy which was great to see after closure from Covid.

luxurious, room with balcony, i was in room 3017 and i liked the room where i stayed.

the only thing is missing is the bidet in the toilet, i find it hard to wash after each toilet use, i hope they install on all the toilets. also i find the linens are unchanged from the previous tenants coz i found pieces of linens and some piece of sacks below the chair means its not cleaned properly.

Spa didn't open at time. Billiards room also didn't open at time. The swimming pool is not heated. Staff didn't offer assistance only when we ask. They have cold smile. No many activities in the hotel Poor show room at night No fishing activities Wifi is not working It is a buisness hotel not for fun

The location, amenities and peaceful staff

Espresso is not good. They should opt for illy or Lavazza or Kimbo branded coffee beans. Safe water should sold for less as to promote as it's their brand. They should include a breakfast and dinner buffet not just breakfast. Room cleanness should be improved as the walls have dust.
