the staff is really friendly makes you feel at home, Ali is cooking delicious food, you just tell him what you crave, and he will make it for you, also was helping in scheduling and arranging excursions for us, and was checking on us, also the owner of the place Mr. Aloush was making our stay as if we were at home among family .. if you are not staying there then try their restaurant for delicious food :)

Extensive garden, pool, generous breakfast and AC (although most days a ceiling fan kept the room cool in desert summer heat). But above all the proprietor, Aloush, and houseman, Ali, were most attentive- allowing me use of the room until the night bus.

The staff is keen, helpful and friendly. Very delicious breakfast 😋😋 Clean rooms.

Friendly staff, good food, nice evening pit fire. Aly is great host and very responsive and arranged tours for Oracle/Amoun, Cleopetra springs, mount camp and the salt mining pools. He also helped me by arranging for laundry service.

some dust on carpet in the room, flimsy toilet seat.Wi Fi works only around lobby but not in the room.

I really loved the food in the restaurant, the big breakfast, the friendly staff, how easy it was to book tours to see some things... very helpfull. I arrived early in the morning with the nightbus and they gave me a good breakfast. Very nice!

Location is 2 minutes from center and 7 minutes from bus station. Vibe is great. Owner is very nice man, he can arrange you tours for reasonable price. Room is very basic, but I don't need more. Bed is little hard (OK for me but to have info). Breakfast start at 9 and it is authentic.

I miss only kettle for water

The owner and his workers are all very nice. The location being close to the city centre helps with the commute.

The bathroom could have been cleaner

I think we were the only people staying there but the AC was probably the best feature. The hotel is close to town easy walk to town and plenty to do. They were doing construction but I imagine once it’s done the place will be better. They were very accommodating even made us a to go breakfast for the bus.

The room was big and bed comfortable. The breakfast is awesome, very delicious with omelette, olives, beans, bread and home made pumpkin jam, so tasty. Very close to the city centre.

The whole place looks really nice! The way it is set up. The restaurant is very good, had twice diner there. Good breakfast too I had a flat tire, the owner helped me a lot with that. We went together to find a new tire and the next day to put it on the car again. He went both time with me. Very nice gentleman, you can have a good laugh with him. Location is perfect, just of the main square. Room are nice, I slept like a baby. Shower is very good! Wifi is only on the public area, unfortunately not in the room. But very strong I would stay here again, for sure! They arrange tours as well
