Breakfast included eggs, sausage, beans, bread/toast, bagels, cereal, waffles, fruit, yogurt, tea, coffee, (including french vanilla, espresso, mocha) hot chocolate,. A decent breakfast. Staff all very friendly and very helpful. Washing machine and drier available for use. Detergent can be bought on site, as can a small variety of snacks. Bathroom newly renovated and very clean.

Lighting in our room was too bright. A softer option would be preferred for relaxing in the evening.

Really friendly welcome at reception, and the room was just what we needed for a stopover in Miramichi. Shower was great, bed was comfy, AC worked well (once we figured out how to work it, but that was on us!). Breakfast was simple but decent - we opted for continental.

Our room looked straight out onto a parking lot for the building next door, so we couldn't really have the curtains open if we wanted privacy - it didn't bother us that much though.

The rooms were very clean and well appointed with great layout (I stayed in a suite). The breakfast selection was great, the food was hot, lots of choices and even fresh fruit; honestly, I was pleasantly surprised.

I had to make two calls, one local and one long-distance. I did exactly as instructed however the calls took more than a dozen attempts to finally go through and I actually had to make them at the front desk because it wouldn’t go through in my room for some reason. When I asked the young concierge (not the manager) for suggested places to dine, telling him my phone is not working (no gps) just verbally tell me places I could go. He hands me a brochure and says “here you could look through these“. My phone wasn’t working LOL… REALLY!

I come often to visit my family in nova scotia from Ontario and I always drive out to the marimichi to visit more family.. So me my spouse or dad always stay here and have never had any issues. It's always friendly and comfortable. I know I have a place to stay when I'm visiting.

If anything maybe serve bacon for breakfest instead if sasuges lol. But seriously nothing.

The fridge in the room had ample space for our cooler contents, which made it possible for us to preserve that food instead of wasting it. The room was a good size, beds very comfortable and clean. The reception staff were super friendly and gave wonderful advice on where to dine when asked for this information. Both check-in and check-out were seamless.

Black out curtains would help for a better sleep. The room needed cooling when we arrived - the day was exceptionally hot. The stairwells were not air conditioned.

we found the young man at the desk exceptional….we arrived early because we were going to a family wedding….this young man kindly found us three rooms that had been cleaned early and they were all on the same floor…this made our stay sooo much nicer…. we found the rooms exceptionally comfortable and really liked the option of opening a window for air instead of using the air conditioner….. Breakfast was really nice too and the young man worked hard to keep the platters full because there was such a crowd of us who went to the wedding!

close to family, which is one of the reasons we chose it.

There was only one office chair in the room. The room was extremely large and more than enough room for at one comfy chair but probably two. what really has disappointed us is when we tried to rebook for next year the room jumped from$60/night to $397/night. That alone will be the reason we won’t be back.

Same great staff as our last year stay. Very friendly and efficient. We asked if they had a DVD player for use to use during our stay and one was quickly provided. The complimentary Dove products supplied in the bathroom were a nice touch.

Lack of fresh fruit for breakfast.

The staff was great very friendly and professional the front desk was very helpful and very friendly. The staff taking care of the breakfast did an exceptional job and was very friendly would highly recommend this place will be staying there in the near future The Manger was very friendly & professional great to talk to

Beautiful room 314 exceptionally clean Cleanliness is very important to me and it met my expectations will stay there again

The location is just a little far from downtown - it was a little further than we would have liked to walk, but since we had a car, that is somewhat moot. The room itself was great, and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast also exceeded expectations - there was a hot breakfast on offer, which surprised us both - we'd been expecting a range of cereals, with an outside chance of toast. I'd also like to mention that every member of staff we interacted with was very helpful! We would happily stay here again.
