Best Western Shelby Inn & Suites

The breakfast was phenomenal every day we were there. The staff that was preparing it and waiting to clean up the tables were wonderful and very attentive!! They would take our things when we were done and clean and disinfect the tables when patrons left. The choices were fantastic and even some very nice pre-packaged options and fruit that we could grab before our hikes every day. We had to leave before breakfast one day and it was nice to have the microwaves and a very nice size mini-fridge so we could still eat a good breakfast before our hike that day. Also, on the day of check-in, I had not noticed the extra incidentals fee when booking and didn't quite have enough money on the card I used. The front desk worker was very kind and waved it for us, with the knowledge that it could be added later if anything was broken or ruined.

I wish it would have been closer to Glacier. We booked it with the knowledge that it would be a drive every day but was tiring after hiking all day and was still worth it in my opinion. Maybe a nice, economical restaurant attached or close by. The Dollar Tree/Family Dollar on the other side of the parking lot was a quick economical option though. They did have frozen microwave options that got us through. I didn't want to cook and clean up and make dinner after hiking all day and there wasn't a huge selection in Shelby. The only other thing was we had 3 people staying in our room and had to ask for a 3rd washcloth every day. Not a big deal but maybe with 2 queen beds at least put 3 if not 4 in the rooms. We tried to reuse towels as much as possible.

Very friendly & welcoming staff. Very clean & spacious room. Excellent breakfast choices! Comfy bed & nice size TV. Decent location with reasonable room rate to visit the Glacier's & to cross the border into Canada.

Elevator 'lil slow but not a major issue. Not much else to do in Shelby - limited eating options that shut down early evenings!

Clean, clean, clean. The property was easy to get to from the interstate and had two dollar stores nearby for picking up supplies. The front desk staff was very pleasant and even provided fresh baked cookies! It was easy to get all of our luggage out of the car and up to the room.

No complaints. Everything was satisfactory.

We felt that every effort was made to sanitize and clean the public areas and the individual rooms were clean as was the breakfast room during Covid-19. The variety of hot and cold breakfast choices offered something for everyone and the hostess was very helpful and friendly. The tables were cleaned as soon as guests departed.

The signage to enter the Shelby Best Western is difficult to see from the highway and needs to be larger. The multiple pillows on the comfortable bed were a smaller size and lumpy and we found the room temperature was difficult to regulate and it was either too cool or too warm and stuffy.

The breakfast was very good. Enough choices and excellent staff. The lady was very pleasant and helpful. The staff at the facility are second to none. Comfortable and clean rooms. The only problem was we couldn't get the Blue Jays games on TV!

More sports channels are needed. The location is a little awkward as there is no place to walk. We had to drive for everything.

The staff was fantastic. The rooms were clean, and the beds were super comfortable ..l loved talking to Sandi at the front desk and Shelly, who made all the breakfast meals . The breakfast was delicious

There was nothing we didn't like.

the property was great, the road coming in was rough under construction.

I didn’t like Bookings. We could not stay the second night we had booked through “Bookings” and they would not refund the second night. Someone got my money & provided nothing.

Wonderful staff at every turn. Fantastic breakfast, rooms, my windows opened. The location was mildly remote and the entrance appalling but the staff and facility fully compensated for those items.

Completely modern and new hotel on the western edge of Shelby. I enjoyed getting a hot shower and a comfortable night's sleep. The room was quiet and fully appointed.

The price had increased 50% due to crushing demand for accommodation near Glacier National Park in the second week of July + a weekend festival by Blackfoot Indians in nearby Browning, MT.

The nicest Best Western we’ve seen! Great decor, friendly staff, large & well-appointed room. Great breakfast included.

Location was industrial. Not scenic. But convenient for our one night stay.
