Great location, beautiful views. Breakfast was above average, great choices, excellent service! Staff in general was very courteous and helpful.

This hotel lacks sufficient sound proofing. Being next to a major road the sounds of vehicular traffic (considering that we were 10 stories up) was loud. In addition, for a couple of nights we could hardly sleep due to loud voices from people in adjacent rooms who were either on the phone all night (10pm through 5am) or simply having loud conversations. Annoying to say the least. Finally, apparently, the non-smoking in the rooms rule is not enforced.

This was my first time at a Hilton Garden Inn, and it did not disappoint. The hotel is beautiful and extremely comfortable. Very luxurious and well worth the stay. I would absolutely stay at a Hilton Garden Inn again, and this was a great representation of the brand.

I had to switch rooms. There was a note in the room that they will satisfy you no matter what, so I went down to the front desk. They moved me to another room without hesitation. The reason I switched was because the room I got had an absolutely terrible view. I usually don't care about these things, but it was right above the roof of the parking, so it was really not the greatest. However, no complaints, they moved me and even let me stay past checkout at no charge. Wonderful stay.

Hotel was great, restaurant had great food options and bed was very comfortable, rooms were quite enough. It was very close to the nicest shopping center I've seen in a while with great restaurant options.

I would say that the only thing we were not happy with was the personnel at the front desk were they kept messing with our extended stay room keys as they kept getting deactivated throughout the day and had to keep on activating them constantly and also that we had to keep an open balance on our accounts to be able to charge things on our room. Never heard of that from a big chain hotel!! Hotel is a far distance to downtown Puebla.

Great location very clean hotel. Nice restaurant a little expensive 60 pesos a beer 150 a cocktail 200 for a burger .but fantastic service .

Only one hiccup. They gave me a room key that wasn't activated. Was shut in lift as you need a key to activate it.

a pillow was not clean and the towels they left us on day2 were smaller and not as white than the ones on day1. The noise of the guests in the room next door was very loud through the wall.

well located, great staff, great restaurant

irse a shame, there were a couple of smudges not cleaned. one on a nightstand and one on the artwork on the wall. Obe of the curtains was ripped at the top -probably some clumsy kid tore it.

The hotel overall was great , friendly staff , room was big and had everything you need , I loved that they serve Starbucks , taxis are ready in case you need them and it was a great experience at this hotel. Will definitely stay again .

The bed was dirty when i arrived so I called the guest service, but thank that the staff apologized and quickly changed to new room

nice style, great food

not that clean. there was a forgotten jacket behind the couch, clearly visible. if you asked for towels for the pool, they took like 30 min to get there

The hotel is amazing, nice room and an amazing view of the Barroco Museum. Breakfast was incredible, food was tasty, great variety and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Definitely a great choice!
