Good location across the road from Metro, and quite a buzzy area in its own right, with a nearby night market and good bars and Japanese/Korean restaurants in abundance (but 20-30 mins away from most of the main tourist hotspots) Very clean and quiet rooms

Very nice and unique rooftop pool. Nice clean room with modern decor, nice bathroom layout and the curtain is amazing. We had our check-out extended to 1pm.

There was a long queue on the check-in despite there being several front desk staff. Some of the procedures seemed slow. Without prior noticed I was asked to pre-pay a deposit at check-in which significantly exceeded the cost of the room. There could be more sitting area near the pools and more monitoring on the "splashing" in the pool.

The staff was awesome! Very helpful and I appreciate their readiness to assist me with anything. The breakfast was very nice, a very wide selection was available - I especially appreciate the choice between continental and local (taiwanese) meals - which were great! Shame I did not muster curage totry them earlier - they were so inspiring and good!

The swimming pool was nice, tho oriented away from the city centre (which is ok), but the windows were quite dirty so that slightly ruined the view :( also, the gym was just too small to have a proper workout (in terms of workout machines offered) - However, there is more than enough space to put a squat rack and a lat pull-down (and if the kettlebell rack was moved to the other corner next to dumbells, there was space for another machine). - That would make a great cosy gym!

This hotel is almost brand new. The room they gave us was on a high floor so we had a sweeping view of the Taipei mountains. The room was spacious, and so was the toilet and bath, which had a tub and a separate shower area. The toilet also had a heated electronic bidet (a godsend, but could also be confusing to use for those unfamiliar). Surprisingly, the in-room dining menu can only be viewed from the TV, we learned after a 10-minute search of the menu in places were it would typically be and, after much head scratching, finally called Magic. The concierge people were very efficient in booking taxis and tours for us, writing down the destination in Chinese characters so there were no confusion, and even took note of the taxi cab numbers. Buffet breakfast was plentiful, with many choices. Widest choice was, of course, Taiwanese food, which tasted very good. The buffet only had one coffee machine and the line to get your cup was sometimes long (5 people long, max, during our stay), it was kind of an inconvenience.

Check-out was a bit slow. Breakfast buffet can sometimes be crowded, despite the hotel’s “batch system”.

Great location, not far from bus, train, thsr station and convenience. The bathroom was spacious.

1. The executive lounge. They just only provide snacks(cookies, chips, peanuts, candy) and beverages during the day, not worth a penny to book in a high price room with access to the lounge. Maybe if they provide some sandwiches or pasta will be great. If you’re an alcoholic, they’ll have DIY happy hours with hot meals served starting from 18:30-20:30 and the alcohol all you can drink, and maybe this will be worthy. 2. The breakfast, it was a big disappointing. Two days with the same menu and lack of food options.

The room is spacious and located not far from Banquio train station. It is a very modern and clean hotel. The service is pretty good and we didn’t encounter any issue. Gym is 24 hours which is very practical and the pool is very stunning. We will for sure come back again.

This was a beautiful hotel. We had a fantastic view of Taipei from our room and wow the king bed was huge! The room was comfortable and spacious. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and accompanying view of the city. The hotel breakfast was yummy and had tons of options. The location was walking distance to many shopping centers, milk tea shops, and restaurants, which we appreciated.

It was overall a pleasant experience! The beds were comfortable and King size, which is what I'm used to. Very clean and friendly staff. On-site currency exchange at the front desk, which make it super easy. Love the rooftop pool. Love the bathroom as well!
