Excellent SPA zone, the best I have been so far: size fits well for the size of the hotel/number of the guests, it was never overcrowded even if the hotel was fully booked. a lot of different saunas, jacuzzi, pools, well done design. Rich breakfast! I am very happy about choice/price/quality of the treatments. Location of the hotel is close to the main sightseeings. Personnel is very kind, friendly and supportive.

Room is small, bathroom is really tiny, but the most important, that there aren't ANY storage places in the room, no wardrobe, no shelves in the bathroom, no even a place to put a luggage etc. There are no kettle and cups. All these things are essential for stay longer then 1 night, as it is assumed by the SPA hotel concept. Room hadn't been cleaned during our 3 nights stay, even if we put a label "Please, make up the room" (((

From the moment we checked in, the whole experience was world class, spa, treatments, buffet breakfast, evening dinner. The rooms were excellent, well equipped and with lovely large windows to let the fabulous light in. All the features in the spa were wonderful, we spent many happy hours there. We also had some treatments that were thoroughly enjoyed.

Cannot really fault anything, maybe access to complimentary tea and coffee from the restaurant during the day is something to consider. We were there a week and dropped +/-€2k. We felt this could be one for the future.

Location is beautiful and a lovely SPA with a fantastic view for the sunset over the frozen lake just in front. The restaurant shares the same view and breakfast at the window is a must. The staff is very nice, helpful and professional.

a thing little big things that they could improve to have a better experience for clients would be ventilation in our room was not working properly and it would become so hot that we had to open window. The main pool is missing a lot of little tiles in the stairs and bottom of the pool that can be a problem and hurt your feet. improve these issues and you’ll a really amazing place.

That was my 4th time returning to Hestia Haapsalu. One of my favorite spas in Estonia. The staff is amazing, not sure how they have managed but everyone is super welcoming, warm and friendly. We have celebrated many events there and always was treated so well. The location is also amazing, so close to everything, quite and those water views are great! I also really love the spa area, so many options for saunas and pools, looks pretty and modern.

Nothing bad to say, if to really come up with some extra wishes then some play area/room for kids would ve great.

The location was just perfect, right on the coast of the Haapsalu promenade, meaning beautiful views are guaranteed. The spa was also nice, it had just the right amount of activities for all family member, including a 1 year old. They also said that they did not have a play area for children, but actually there was a little one right in front of the restaurant. Our children did enjoy it there. They had also no problems with providing a child's separate bed and even a potty for our room. Breakfast was great, a good and a large selection of food provided.

Our accommodation contained of two rooms. Both of them could be converted into a bedroom, which really meant that there was hardly any room left to put our things to or to move around comfortably. I also felt that the rate asked for one night stay was a bit pricy. The spa's air temperature felt a bit cold for toddlers on one night but a day later, when the sun was also shining, it felt fine.

We liked the seaside location. The rooms with sea view are very nice. Spa was cute, but crowded. You can buy moctails there, sit in the finnish sauna with sea view, dip in the freezing pool or swim in the big one - one could spend a whole day there. Breakfast was good, many to choose from. Service was good. Travelling with dog is also accepted.

The second entrance to the hotel was like a storage room. It was not clear, was it because it were moving days or else, but furniture was piled up in the hallways. Very strange welcome.

Excellent location for holidays, there are 2 nice walking promenades along water, where you can spent evening. We had room with sea view - the view from our window was amazing, especially after sunset, and in early morning. Good room comfortable bathroom. Rich and tasty breakfast. Very helpful personal. We really enjoyed our staying. If any other time I will visit Haapsalu, I would like to stay there again - in room with sea view again.

Hotel has parking. During our staying there was absolute full hotel, we was during weekend. In hotel car parking was no place for our car - every day it was full. If everybody arrive by car, bigger parking is needed.

We really loved the location - amazing views on the sea and beautiful swans swimming. Really close to city center and old town, reached everything within a short walk. Breakfast was superb (the best coffee)! Really quiet every night and no problem with noise - couldn't even hear our neighbors. Spa was very cozy and had all these different pools and saunas - definitely recommend! Staff was friendly and had a tasty dinner at Blu Holm restaurant. I took the black pearl body treatment, which I really enjoyed! Beautiful lighting in the room and a special light for reading.

Not too much space for parking, especially after 3PM (but there are smaller streets around where you can park or just by the same street, if there are vacancies).

Great location, very friendly and lovely staff. Big choice of breakfast.

- Hot breakfast wasn’t hot - Not enough information for someone going to the spa first time. Would be good to explain on your website what to wear to the treatments (eg swimwear, underwear, can be dressed.) - Also remind ( provide ) to bring flip flops for water spa, I almost fell over 2 times. - We came for 2 nights and most treatments were not available to book. Maybe tell people to book in advance?

Spa and location are the excellent. There are pool, whirlpool, cold water with 14’C, warm water with 42’C, warm water with 36’C for kids, sauna with view 60’C, sauna with 75’C and with 95’C. Breakfast was great and room was clean. And there is also a parking. Staff in hotel was very friendly and helpful.

There is a same water tap for shower and basin. There is no plastic cup in bathroom for toothpaste and toothbrushes. There is no minibar in room too. You can also rent a bike there for 16€ / day, but bikes there are very old, uncomfortable and you can’t setup a high of seat too.
