The helpful and friendly stuff - as always - is a realy big bonus. Hotel is centrally located, rooms are clean and quiet, even thou the noises from other rooms could sometime be heard.

This is not dislike, it is a suggestion to improve. As I've told the stuff, the hotel could look just a bit more welcoming from the outside. Now it doesn't match the nice interior and warm feel inside - especially in the dark winter months. It could be so easily done and the hotel would become a star on the busy street.

While booking I didn't pay much attention to the room facilities, except that it was "a room with sauna", but when entering the room I thought I was given a suite. The room was exceptionally large with separate living room and bedroom. Amazing find in Rakvere! Extra kudos for the designer for installing a blind-out curtain for the skylight in the bedroom!!!

Nothing to dislike about this hotel!

The hotel was centrally located, reception lady was extremely helpful. The room in the attick was really spacious and clean, free parking space in the backyard was a plus.

The extra charge for dogs was ridiciously high, two nights with two small dogs (under 10 kg) was 80 euros!! The room had a lovely rooftop windows, but they were lacking the curtains, so sun was really an issue at the bedroom from the early morning.

Room was updated, clean, tidy, quiet, with a good temperature, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice. Breakfast was better than expected, they even got oat milk, pancakes, egg and bacon, porridge, cereals, fruits - there was a large selection. The hotel is in a building with history, a beautiful lobby, only the corridors are a bit dated. Very kind and friendly staff, rather a very pleasant experience.

That the spa was closed :(

I really enjoyed the original room I had. I did get upgraded to a much better room due to plumbing issues. The staff was really friendly and the location is perfect.

The breakfast options could use some upgrading and the rooms have a slight musky scent to them. Both rooms smelt like a man had stayed in there right before me

Breakfast was good, enough big choice of everything, room was clean, SPA which is not really mentioned in hotel description, is very nice-3 kinds of saunas, all freshly renovated. Friendly staff.

Only single beds are very tiny, I was afraid that I will fell out:). And when we asked for possibility to go to SPA area with our 9 years old daughter, they denied this, based on explanation, that sauna for kids is till 19 00, we were later, but we were only one guests for this facility .....

Spacious and clean room. I was traveling with my bicycle and they allowed me to take it into my room. Decent breakfast that starts early.

The shower is not a full cabin. I am not used to those and thus the water tends to spill all over the floor.

Breakfast good, rooms and building are very clean. Very clear instrutctions what to do if you late to arrive. Front desc change my staying dates quickly and no charge.

No air conditioning.

I stayed in Rakvere during the worst/best snowstorm. The city was like magic with lights but also very quiet. The hotel has seen better days, but rooms were warm and breakfast was more than adequate.

Poor quality of TV

In the room was pretty cold, aspecialy at night. I got to hotel room at 22 after all my doings in the city, so there wasn't anybody to solv the problem with temperature in room. Unfortunatly I didn't notice that issue when I checked in at first.
