Clean and cozy hotel in old town of Viljandi, walking distance to cafe's, museum's, sights, second hands etc. Good breakfast in lovely setting, friendly staff. Interesting history of the building. Very clean bathroom - super! Aircon worked very fine.

Bedroom floor had some stains on it. Not a problem but good to know - current room had no openable windows, there's a glass wall/window towards inyard gallery, so no opportunity to open a window for fresh air. However it was 1 night and didn't bother us too much. If I'd stay again, would choose park/street looking window view, as I like to open window for fresh air.

The hotel has been freshly renovated, the room and the premises are immaculately clean. The consierge was very welcoming and allowed us to put the bags in the storage for free before the check-in. The location is superb - very easy to reach all the landmarks of beautiful Viljandi. The breakfast is European, quite tasty (eggs, bacon, sausages, beans etc)

These points did not really affect the quality of our stay - just mentioning as a potential room for improvement: there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom, also I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast: there was no olive oil to put on the veggies (I asked the lady behind the bar, she called someone, yet no result), no black tea (only three kinds of green tea in tea bags), no vegan/lactose free milk, and kiwis were served unpeeled so I spend some time peeling them with the regular cutlery :D

I chose this hotel mainly because of the pictures, I must admit. And I was still amazed - the architecture of that building is stunning! Our room had inner courtyard (aatrium) view - this meant that our room was not one in a row but separated with a bridge over the courtyard. Quiet, comfortable, nicely furnished, bigger than usual hotel room. Breakfast was great too. Park Hotel Viljandi is a great choice if you want to splurge a bit and love good 20th century architecture mingled with 21st century.

The hotel location is perfect, straight in the city centre. Parking was simple, easy and free. The level of service from the staff is great and pleasant. The historical building was fully refurbished in 2018, and the hotel and the room are perfectly equipped.

We had an Atrium view room. This means that the light is rather limited, and you must close the curtains for privacy at night too, making the room totally dark (which I am not a fan of). In the morning, instead of the usual morning street noises, you will hear chit-chat from other guests crossing the Atrium on their way to breakfast. It is a question of compromises.

Bacon, eggs, pancakes, smoothies, fresh orange juice, muffins, sandwiches, porridge. - Restaurant where breakfast took place had a children's corner with Legos so that was great - Free parking

- The hotel would be perfect if it also had a pool and a spa :D

Everything was just superb! Liked the room, the atmosphere, the interior, the food, the bed etc! Even loved the shower gel!

Very beautiful historical house with new modern rooms. Very friendly staff. Very comfortable sleeping experience, comfy pillows and bed. Delicious breakfast

The shower pressure was unstable. Temperature changed also.

Darkening the ceiling window at 05.50 AM was a bit annoying, bc there were no instructions how to do it and it took time for the hotell staff to realize that there is actually a way to do it. Overall it's easy and if you find the buttons on the wall, it's actually nice you can open the window.

Park Hotel was a great place to stay in Viljandi and we were very satisfied with the hotel. Our wishes regarding the location of the room were taken into account and we got a room with a very beautiful view of the park. The breakfast was very tasty and rich. The service in the restaurant is also very pleasant. We recommend!

The bed was too soft

The room was very clean and comfortable. Very good location with not a bad view. Very silent place to be, at least in winter time. Very close to all other places like sightseeing, shopping centers or restaurants.
