breakfast superb, staff so friendly from the gate to the counter, rooms clean I loved the view from fourth floor yah, environment is very welcoming it sets the mood for your stay. I will definitely book Hilton again.

nothing ,it catered everything for the value of money I paid. out side the hotel we struggled with mobile networks, we struggled to reach some of the places we planned to go to. if maybe the hotel can be in partnership with local service providers to keep sim cards so to make it easy get from there.

The location is perfect. I felt safe walking in the beautiful neighbourhood. The staff are warm, polite and efficient. The WiFi was amazing. The front office staff communicate very well and timeously.

The pics shown for a twin room showed a bigger room than what we got. That was the major disappointment. On the day before check out, the room was not thoroughly cleaned. Lastly, all the drinks that I asked for at dinner time (though listed on the menu) were not available. The available drinks were the costlier ones only. The chef is amazing. I enjoyed my salmon dinners!

food was good. great selection of fruit. sausages where salty though.

Staff quarreled loudly at the buffet during breakfast. and for a long time at that! they didn't care that guests were trying to enjoy their meal. very unprofessional for a 4 star hotel. EDITED: I got a call from the hotel. A very lovely lady (I didn't get her name) advised that all my concerns have been dealt with. I am impressed with the level of attention to guest queries. Therefore my new score. Thank you Hilton! I will definitelybe coming back!

The location of the property was excellent, very central and accessible to major roads in and out of Mbabane. The breakfast was okay, and dinner was excellent. The rooms had satisfactory noise insulation. The check-in and checkout were very efficient and quick.

Parking! Unsatisfactory parking availability. The dinner menu had many items not available for order. The hotel was full, and the breakfast food items were not replenished sufficiently and quickly enough. The floor had stains.

Nice environment right from the entrance! The staff were all nice and chatty. The room is very well cleaned and comfortable. Loved the bathroom amenities. They have a fridge and a little kettle in the room, which was very convenient. Wi-Fi signal is amazingly strong and awesome. The location is very convenient, right in the center of Mbabane, around 10 minutes walking to Swazi Plaza

Unfortunately I didn't have the chance to explore the hotel's pool, gym, and restaurant. But from what I was able to explore, I have zero complaints.

Location was supper as it is close to the main town.The staff are very pleasant and helpful at all times. The breakfast was excellent. it serves fresh stuff. Gym though small it is functional and very clean. The security guys very helpful particularly when it comes to parking. Checking-in and out pretty fast. Concierge services good.

Our visit was marred buy rain so we couldn't move around very much.

- It took several minutes for the water in the shower to heat up - The default breakfast coffee machine not of great quality (you could order a proper coffee for an additional charge, but in my opinion this should just be included in the price)

Parking is too limited, you have to park across street...what if you wanna go out late evening then you have to walk across the street...in the case of a storm our cars ain't safe cause it's just open parking no shelter...that is my concern otherwise the hotel is great and the services is so exceptional

Solid Business Hotel in Mbabane. I was a bit surprised that the rate I was offered (and eventually paid) via booking.com was significantly higher than the rate at the hotel directly. Very good breakfast and swift and very friendly service. Connection to WiFi is a bit tricky (website tells you there is no free WiFi and you have to agree to be charged - without actually being charged).
