I really Love Leni who works at the hotel restaurant, she made me feel so welcomed especially when I travelled alone for work last year. She has a big smile and always makes everyone feel welcomed. This is my second time coming to Suva motor inn and I just love how simple and amazing the place is. It’s across the road from Albert park and is super quiet and not crowded like other hotels. Apartment. No breakfast included. -Good room -Clean and all facilities working. Last time the stove didn't work properly so good to see everything fine this time.

-Include a sasa -Include spare bin liner -Ironng board is old and surface is not good for ironing work clothes. Invest a little more in items for the room. -No lifts. Some guests (like myself) are willing to pay someone to take our bags up to 3rd floor. I have athritis. Staff seem reluctant to help and it takes the front desk a little while to find a staff member, and when they arrive they seem put out. I know they work hard. But it should be clear that some guests will pay for a service like that. Offer properly. People will take you up on it.

The hotel location was close to workshop area. The hotel is clean and have good customer service and nice staffs. All services in the hotel room was exceptional. It is always feel better when I see the hotel staffs smiling and have good greetings to all hotel guests.

The hotel restaurant can be improve by serving more good food at the restaurant's menu. Sometimes hotel guests might want to have something heavy for dinner (rice and steaks, etc.) Overall, the restaurant staffs are nice too in providing exceptional services.

Friendly smiling staff at first point of contact as you enter the property made all the difference to how the rest of the stay would turn out. Enjoyed every bit of it. Vinaka Vaka Levu for making me feel like I was at home away from home.

The steps but that’s me being lazy 😂 I needed the steps for that little bit of exercise for eating too much lol ..blessed to have staff offer to carry my heavy bags. Thank you for going beyond what is expected 🙏🏽 cannot fault you.

It’s about a ten minute walk to town or to the nearest supermarket. Has kitchen with stove and air conditioning for rooms. Decent slide in swimming pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The towels were in short supply. We had to request our room be serviced and sometimes they said they can only supply towels in afternoon cos they still in the laundry. They charged people 20 dollar for using pool towels.

Location was good, easy to catch taxis to and from town. Or you could walk. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Internet was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The stairs - we were on the 3rd floor. I had my mum and my husband who had recently had a knee operation.

Staff were friendly and the check in was efficient. Food in the restaurant was very good and excellent value. Room was large and clean. Shower was hot and good pressure. Easy walk to work at the government buildings.

Some guests were noisy and I think security needs to do the rounds and keep some people in order.

The apartment rooms are great. There's 2 rooms a bathroom, kitchenette, living room, and balcony. Perfect for a family with kids. (There's no lift so be prepared to go up several stairs.) Bar Staff are great, so friendly and accommodating.

The bar and poolside facilities are quite dated, chairs by the pool are old and broken and the pool is very worn looking. In spite of this the kids loved the pool and made great use of it. The room facilities however, are so modern fresh and clean that it makes up for any lack in the general facilities.

Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Easy walk to several restaurants and the supermarket.

On site restaurant and bar could have more options, but was enough if you don’t fancy a short walk somewhere else.

Hotel was convenient and within walking distance to the town area. Room was clean and beds were comfortable Friendly staff

The only down side was there was no free WIFI and it was pricey.
